Hi is a young centre back learning the ropes, they are almost always due a lapse in concentration or 2. Still has to be taken into account that he is playing regularly at a higher level than Wharton, Carter & Lenihan were at the same age. But absolutely should be kept on loan and not be brought back to sit on the bench as a cheaper option to bringing in someone
-
It does sound like his form has petered out. We should keep him out on loan and buy a proper seasoned CB or two.

I hide under my seat, when Rovers score at Ewood, they don't make life easy, for Rovers supporters. -

Exactly, signings docs and the like as he’s a Companies House named Director. Running the club, no chance, he’s nearly 80, he didn’t even run it back in the day once John Williams came ih. -
Valérien Ismaël: Blackburn Rovers Head Coach

I think Miller has a bit of worth as a right sided centre back in a 3, wouldn't like to see him in a back 4 though. Maybe he would be ok at right back we don't know. McLoughlin for me though is really poor. -

I get the overall message and have no problems with that but that first sentence is just a complete and total fucking lie. -

Sorry Rev, you are correct Pratt wasn't specifically called out it is more aimed at the recruited players (Miller and McLoughlin especially) who are seen as absolutely shite. -

Very much doubt Bob is running the show at all more like just filling in the bits of official stuff that Waggot did that Shadowman can't. -

Source is very close to someone who played in said game and not known to be a bullshitter and I don't generally pass poor info off on here. It's just information, do what you will with it. -

We've missed Tronstadt in midfield big time, great news if hes fit for Saturday. I agree, Baradji should get at least half an hour to get into a game, till hes 100% fit. -

The club are way past the point where they can appoint someone and I’ll think ‘let’s see how this goes’ I now assume anyone they bring in will be shit. Of course I’d be delighted if this person went on to prove me wrong. -

Does feel pivotal this one. Can we actually beat teams below us or are we at the same shocking standard up n down the table and it's anyone's race to the bottom. Keep the record alive, Win away.

I might hide behind the sofa for this one, it does feel important.

Completely agree with the bold part. but we didn't have a days advance notice with Hyam during the summer 😉 They are more than happy to sell in the closing stages of a window and then say we didn't have any time to replace them -

One of two things is/are happening here: a) All the speculation is/has been complete bollux b) An agreement was reached some time ago between the 2 camps that Cantwell would leave in January and at the moment he's just being given a few minutes on the pitch to regain some semblance of match fitness in advance of a move. Whether or not there is an impending clause requiring a wage increase or payment to Rangers is moot, but if there was it would sharpen the focus of Rovers in wanting to shift him in January. It's ridiculous to be even entertaining such thoughts but nothing surprises me any more with this lot. They'd seemingly sacrifice their granny to save a few quid. You'd have been carted off in white coats for suggesting 24 hours before Hyam was sold that he would be leaving a matter of hours before the deadline with no replacement but it happened.
