Wolverine Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Normality in Europe appears to have returned.
Tris Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 chaos emerton backpass about 25 yards short don't they have lawnmowers in greece??
USRoverME Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 First one was a long-range effort, maybe with a deflection
brfc fan Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 We can't loose. We've got to get a draw.
sleepyjack Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Twice. Oh. Wake up and get some away goals please Rovers.
B.R.F.C Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 The first goal was a decent goal with a deflection but the 2nd...**** me blue what was Emerton doing? 2 running in on Friedel and at the 4th attempt they stuck it in the net. We are appalling, the pitch is appalling and its appalling to watch.
CAPT KAYOS Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 First one was a long-range effort, maybe with a deflection Now where have we seen that before One thing for certain - we must score now
brfcshabba Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 We can't loose. We've got to get a draw. The word is Lose.
92er Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Richard Dinnis is saying the first goal was caused by the continued problems in centre midfield where there is no real defensive role played now that Savage has returned.
roversmum Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 RW saying none of midfield effective - Bentley, Dunn, Sav and MGP
brfc fan Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 The word is Lose. Does it matter considering the situation Rovers are in?
brfcshabba Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Does it matter considering the situation Rovers are in? It does when it doesn't make sense
BiggusLaddus Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Does it matter considering the situation Rovers are in? Yes. I wouldn't care if we were only 'loosing'.
USRoverME Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 I'd disagree with overconfidence, actually.... the first goal was a fluke... teh second was poor, well poor, but it wasn't over-confidence. The effort is there (mostly), its jsut not comign off, which has been this side's problem, not being able to stick in goals when bossing a game. We are back to having the best chances... Our free kicks and corners, the source of many goals in the past, are dreadful it sounds, which has needed fixing, and still does.
brfcshabba Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 An away goal at this stage seems to be the best we can hope for.
brfc fan Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 I suppose if it was 2-1 we'd only have to win 1-0 at Ewood to go through but they proved too hard before...
yellowsubmarine Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 I hope the Sparky hairdryer has begun.
