Stuart Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 Funny that, because I BELIEVE it has been, too Just like he was right on Saturday, right? Congrats Ben, you are now officially a SSN sauce! HP to you. Could be a bad day all round for Rangers. Back level again. 1-1. bbcjimspence jim spence Financial legal agreements to be read and signed that's whats happening now in Goodwillie deal Sometimes you can know too much about what's going on... EDIT: the royal "you", I mean.
niggit Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 Trying to think, more happy about Goodwillie or about Malmo. Close call....
roverandout Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 that goodwillie is a cracking player, will score us 25 goals this season easily, we will finish in the top 10 with him, no problem (this is for the people who say i am always negative)

donnermeat Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 I would be happy with 10-12 goals in all competitions considering its his first season in with the big boys. We can't go wrong with this deal. (If he gets regular games)
T.J.Newton Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 rangers have lost ha ha ha. Ally Mcoist a manager, my arse
neophox Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 Rangers is out of champions league after 1-1 against Malmö.... Goodwillie signed for Rovers http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11676_7079209,00.html
Ripleys love child Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 10 prem league goals in his first season should be his target and that would be a good tally for him and us. With petrovic , olsson , holliet and hopefully raul all well capable of goals it shud be a decent season . Onwards and upwards aye

Listen to us...Rovers fans talking about the possibility of Raul. I wish but I just can't see it.
Hekla Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 I can't see Raul coming here, very surprising if he does.
Lancs Rover Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 He's got a long name, he's got a long name...
callumrovers Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 Very happy about this signing. Young and deffinatley will improve! I'm glad he did sign otherwise i would of looked like an idiot with Goodwillie's signature on my shirt. Does this make me the first Rovers fan with his signature?
roversfanben Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 To the tune of Robin Hood "Goodwillie, Goodwillie coming up the middle Goodwillie, Goodwillie giving it a right good fiddle Gonna blast it in the back, give it a right good whack Goodwillie, Goodwillie" Not great, but I had to give it a try! he's like a young Kenny Miller Please, don't insult our new boy. He is nothing like Miller. He has far more potential than that waste of space. bbcjimspence jim spence Wording changed in legal agreement causing the Goodwillie hold up. Once sorted deal will be signed off. And yes I'm sick to back teeth of it Gotta love how he never gives an explanation for anything. Wording, what wording? FOOL!

Replace 'middle' with 'flank' to make it fit better, then replace 'fiddle' with... erm... 'Spank' (lesser of two evils I guess)
1864roverite Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 I personally think this lad could be a good signing for us. As a side issue, and I have no problem with Rangers whatsoever having resided in the land of men in frocks for may a year, but it just shows how far down the pecking order Rangers and Celtic have fallen when a little old town club can easily and I do say EASILY out muscle the big gun in Scottish football. Sorry to see Rangers fail tonight, and like we have done through the years in Europe, they fell miserably out of the biggest earning competition they will ever enter. That has to be a serious financial blow to them and if we are to believe the scottish press they couldnt have afforded him after falling tonight. For me, its a start Rovers. Now then midfielder and centre forward please.
niggit Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 Callumrovers, think you are. Will look out for it on eBay

roversfanben Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 "david goodwilly" Lol, it'd be so awesome if that was the case!

And yes I'm sick to back teeth of it Gotta love how he never gives an explanation for anything. Wording, what wording? FOOL! Probably changed from "Player can leave if an offer of 10million is made" to "player can talk to club if offer of 10million is made"
chris Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 Rangers also made an offer for Miller, but this was rejected by Bursaspor. 2010 to 2011 Miller scored 21 in 18 games for Rangers before beig sold mid season. not the best league is it. I'll wait to judge, but we need a proven striker.
