47er Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I seriously wonder who would take over if the Clown was sacked and if that's behind the inaction? Would need a whacking great bonus for survival in the Premiership as well as a salary greater than Kean's so maybe the Raos won't pay? Can't think of any other reason to keep him other than insanity or his "special relationship".

Gogger Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Im no math expert, but a 100 percent chanse of not going down would mean that without an doubt we wouldn`t go down. Were you lying to us baldy?
booth Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 The bit that is scaring more than anything now is Venkys... I have this sinking feeling that should they finally get rid of Kean that whoever replaces him will simply be a complete laughing stock.. Comical Ali/Maradona/Paul Clement/Sylvester Stallone/The Tea lady/Bilajis son/Jerome Anderson They really do come accross as that inept. I reckon it's about money. Who will do it cheapest, not who is the right person for the job. And Kean didn't forfeit the game. It's just the latest in a long list of excuses for why he can't manage a football team.
arrodblue Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 It strikes me that his latest comments regarding forfeiting last night's game are hardly going to come across as encouraging or motivating words to those fringe players asked to play last night. To my mind, he's basically saying "I know these players aren't good enough, I knew they wouldn't be able to get us a positive result but at least I can now use them as another reason/excuse for losing the game" You can add me to the list of people who have supported this club for almost all their life (now in my mid-40s) but have now simply lost the heart, passion and interest. I cannot and will not forgive those responsible for making me feel this way about my club. I never dreamed I would feel this way.
alexanders Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I think a potential new manager will look at this job has as the safest job in the world.

Bluefudge Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I still can't get my head round his comments..... Surely they must be being discussed at board level this morning. Oh, forgot we haven't got one !!!!
novella Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I still can't get my head round his comments..... Surely they must be being discussed at board level this morning. Oh, forgot we haven't got one !!!! Exactly, Kean is the board. The fat bald c**t will have conference calls with himself.
Emge Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Kean says so many stupid things, time and time again, that one could wonder if he is trying to wind up the fans as much as he can towards the Swansea-game. Maybe he enjoys hearing thousands scream his name, regardless of the content In his own fantastic little fantasy-reality it may sound like worshipping?
Backroom DE. Posted November 30, 2011 Backroom Posted November 30, 2011 "Forfeited the cup", what a load of bull. Most of the players out there have been first teamers at some point this season - there is no excuse for the performance last night, Kean should have come out and simply said "Poor performance, no excuses, apologies to the fans" etc etc. No BS and no spin, if he did this regularly he'd still be disliked but not as hated as he is now. But we all know his media soundbytes aren't meant for us, don't we?
greco Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 i simplt cant comprehend what is happening or why it is. what is the point in paying 43 milliion and then just ruin your newly bought business, while still employing a man, that is a big part of said problem. nothing makes sense regarding rovers right now, not keans appointment, not his statements and not the fact, that he still has a job.
ross-shire rover Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I reckon it's about money. Who will do it cheapest, not who is the right person for the job. And Kean didn't forfeit the game. It's just the latest in a long list of excuses for why he can't manage a football team. I agree. If we'd won he'd have told us how he'd expertly set the team up to reach the semi-final of a major competition. After the embarrassing defeat he was desperately looking for an excuse and came up with the potentially disastrous "forfeit" idea. This man is so out of his depth it is genuinely unbelievable. What will Venky's do next? The mind boggles.
ebenrocks Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 hahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahhaforfeitedthecuphahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha what a complete and utter load of gobsh*te. There are literally no lengths this piece of sh*t wont go to to desperately try and cover up his TOTAL FAILURE as a human being. Its like listening to a 6 year old talking about why he didn't win the egg and spoon race at sports day. Any excuse drunky.
Myles Anderson Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I know our leader likes stats, heres one for him: 91 other teams in England all 91 have more wins than us.
tugay5 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 How is the idiot still in a job? We're an absolute joke. So disrespectful to Cardiff to say we " forefitted" the game. Does this clown ever think before he opens his mouth
Groundhog Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 So disrespectful to Cardiff to say we " forefitted" the game. Agreed. Especially after recent events in Wales. I hope the FA brings him up on that like with McCarthy last season.
2PAC 4 Blackburn Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Is it even legal to forfeit a game? Not sure the FA will be to happy with Kean admitting that?!! How can we as fans remove him as the owners aren't going to do it for whatever corrupt reason??
cn174 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 If we wanted to forfeit the game, why didnt we do it beforehand. Phoned up cardiff, said we dont want to play cos we cant be arsed, you have the victory. Wudve saved us all a load of ###### trouble!!!
magicalmortensleftpeg Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 If we wanted to forfeit the game, why didnt we do it beforehand. Phoned up cardiff, said we dont want to play cos we cant be arsed, you have the victory. Wudve saved us all a load of ###### trouble!!! Exactly, if we forfeited, why did we play several first team players and then try to rescue the game by throwing on Yakubu and Rochina?? All the players on display last night, excluding Blackman, have had premier league experience. It was a slightly weakened side but nowhere near a reserve XI. It was arguably our first choice back 4 and central midfield considering injuries. In fact, barring Hoilett and Robinson not featuring, our first choice XI was either picked to start or brought on from the bench. Joke.
Mattyblue Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 This really has gone WAY past untenable. Results don't matter, views of the fans don't matter. As his record has declined further into the realms of the worst ever- he gets a massive pay rise. Lets face it, this club is bent (in my opinion) and it will all come seeping out into the open soon enough.

They haven't paid 43M! Read other threads. They have paid 22M and inherited the existing Walker Trust debt. Not one penny has been paid off that debt in the twelve months they have owned us. That's why Barclays are getting a bit twitchy, especially since relegation will mean the loss of Sky TV money which keeps us afloat.
LeChuck Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Has Kean in a roundabout way just admitted some of his summer signings are crap? If bringing Goodwillie and Petrovic into the team means we are forfeiting a game, then why the hell were they signed?
Backroom DE. Posted November 30, 2011 Backroom Posted November 30, 2011 To be fair, without Hoilett and Olsson we're nothing. They're the only two that really create anything or are a threat in any way. Without Hoilett & Olsson Kean's record would look substancially worse, as hard as that is to believe. How many games with kean in charge have those two dug us out of the sh1t with great runs or goals? (admittedly the goals mainly being Junior)
