friendly canary Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 Hi all. Just a message about Tomorrow. How many of you are coming down to Carrow Road? It's a long old journey, and you aren't on the best of form to say the least! I'm thinking it'll be an open game, and Pilkington may haunt you! I think NCFC will win 3-1, but will go an early goal down. If anybody needs any info about Tomorrow (the ground, pubs, parking etc) I'll be happy to help!

hesfromburn Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 I think you have looked the better out of the promoted sides, Grant Holt looks dangerous. I hope our experience on the pitch will see us to a comftable win. But our inexperience in the manager department could cost us.
Backroom Tom Posted October 28, 2011 Backroom Posted October 28, 2011 We have the better team on paper but Norwich have a real manager which will be the difference maker
BangkokRover Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 We have the better team on paper but Norwich have a real manager which will be the difference maker Get with the times Tom, we have a Brilliant Manager
Steve Moss Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 Get with the times Tom, we have a Brilliant Manager Brilliant, brilliant or Kean Brilliant? There is a substantial difference between the two.
davulsukur Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 i'm not driving a mini metro lynn It's different, it's a Rover Metro now. They re-badged it you fool!
perthblue02 Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 Think the game will hinge on how far the ground is away from Radio Norfolk, if it's within a 3 or 4 mile Roberts will play 90 mins and we haven't a cat in hell's chance of scoring if its further away and he's pulled off after 60 minutes we might get a goal and a draw, forgot what a clean sheet is. Seen a couple of Norwich games this season (tv) and they look more disciplined and organised than Rovers, suppose it helps having a manager

But he hasn't started a game in a few weeks, he has been coming off the bench and battering tiring defences. I don't know if you saw the highlights of us at Old trafford and stamford Bridge, but we were by far the better team on both occassions, and lost them both, then we were worse at Anfield (especially in the first half) and we got a great point! Our main danger men are Hoolahan, Bennett and Pilkington though, and if Steve Morisson is having a good game, he can cause any defence a problem. Norwich have been playing great recently, with a huge amount of confidence, and sell outs week in week out, including all our away games so far, and I feel, (unfortunately for you!)there will only be one winner. BUT here in Norwich, these are the kind of games we lose! (Vs WBA at home for example!!)We haven't had a clean sheet yet though, and that is a worry, but Tomorrow is going to be a good game. Do your players look like they want Kean out, or are they giving it their all for the team?
OhmiBRFC Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 Hi, Please can you tell me where can we park near the ground?
friendly canary Posted October 28, 2011 Author Posted October 28, 2011 Hi, Please can you tell me where can we park near the ground? Most of the roads are permit holders, so you will probably have to get to Norwich fairly early and go to one of the car parks. County Hall car park is close by, but I don't know how much they charge, usually around a fiver I think. There are other car parks around the area, but prepare to pay a mortgage for a space!
perthblue02 Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 Do your players look like they want Kean out, or are they giving it their all for the team? Well to me it looks like they are playing for themselves, but obviously Kean thinks they are playing for him, guess we will be able to tell at the start of next season in the Championship how many of the ones "playing and supporting" Kean have not made a bolt for the door out of Ewood
Mattyblue Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 What do you think of the pedestrianisation of Norwich city centre?

BuckyRover Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 What do you think of the pedestrianisation of Norwich city centre? Has anyone thought of parking in Swaffham? It's equidistant between Norwich and London

Seggie Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 South African man - ''you can't" Describes our manager perfectly Wonder if Venky's will be giving away shop soiled chocolate oranges to the travelling fans
Ozz Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 I assume the healthy crowds at Carrow Road are mainly due to the lack of alternative attractions in the area, but tell me-What's the Wensum like for winter Chubbing?
