Mattyblue Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Lost the plot that place, used to be a hornet’s nest of anti-Venkyism. In reality, just contrarians. As an aside, stand to be corrected, but I thought Barmitzvah Blue was Mike Graham, has he flip-flopped again? (Oh and that’s where the Chadster’s gone 😁. I was wondering why threads were no longer going down rabbit holes). 2 Quote

I'd love to know where all that money went seeing as we still had Prem income then to run the club and previous losses were i think sub 10 million. Indeed. That has always pissed me off...And yet, didn't they have to request advance payment of parachute monies? The whole thing stinks ....like a dead rat under the floorboards! 2 Quote

Take it Drog is thenodrog formerly of this parish and goozburger was formerly a reasonably regular contributor on here although he had a hissy fit with me at some point as I recall. Who's Old Darwen Blue - how dare he call me a lefty!🤣 I was also wondering where chaddy had gone but those particular posts seem to pre date his most recent posts on here. Maybe he's trying to work out how all the meticulous planning he said we'd done hasnt translated into signings yet. Quote
Mattyblue Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago (edited) He’s posting on there as of yesterday, last page of the thread Mark’s linked. Has he been banned? Normally he gets huffy if asked where he’s been ‘I’ve been on night shift!’ Edited 4 hours ago by Mattyblue Quote
speedies gonna get ya. Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago What a strange place over there. Apparently I have special needs and lots of their members would like to do me physical harm. Then someone will use the in trend word "weaponise" again and theh will all be up in arms talking about respecting etc. The double standards currently on show is astonishing. How many members and contributors over there? Quote
... Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago well done promoting division 👍🏻 in the fan base whoever crossed over to the other one Quote

How many members and contributors over there? It’s about a dozen ex-BRFCS on a loop. (Sure they’ll have a go at me now though I don’t ever recall falling out with any of them, well maybe, the Chadster). Quote

Has drog been on a recruitment drive on the LT comments section ? Seems to have a few from there, i cannot believe in 2026 after 15 years of that lot i'm still seeing 'naive' and 'bad advice'. Quote
Mattyblue Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago What I would say is the sentiments of that thread, even now, I hear in the ground on a regular basis. Quote
Bohinen1983 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago (edited) I do like the old 'You wouldn't be moaning if we were winning'.. Correct. I have nothing against the ownership other than the apparent malaise and lack of ambition. If tomorrow Venky's decided they were pumping money in, aiming to re-establish us a PL side. Did the stadium and Brockhall up. Appointed some top notch staff and players I'm sure everyone would be delighted. All I want is to enjoy watching the Rovers again. I'd love nothing more than the above to happen- but water under the bridge tells me it's very unlikely. They came in with big ambitions, champions league didn't they? Not we'll be lucky to stay in the Championship. Call me a sinical but I don't see any of that happening- for that reason, I just want them gone and a fresh start. RevidgeBlue Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Im surprised at the level of vitriol they have towards supporters with a different viewpoint and this site in particular. Imo it merely reinforces the point that I was having a Mrs. Merton style "heated debate" with Matty about. There's absolutely no point trying to win the hearts and minds of everyone, some supporters just won't agree. However to my mind if a boycott has SOME success it's job done. Similarly if the Coalition feel a boycott and/or subsequent protests are the right thing to do they must press on regardless of whether some disagree. If anyone else wants to formally present the other point of view about why most of us on here and the Coalition are completely wrong then of course it's always open to them to do so. Tbf to chaddy he seems to be doing his best to emphasise everyone should respect everyone else's point of view on there. 2 Quote

sal Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago (edited) There has been no serious offers put to the club with proof of funds for the past 10 years, and when that happens it will be considered. And if the price is right it could be accepted. Nothing more to add to this. Edited 3 hours ago by sal 1 Quote

So how the hell do we get any bids other than sitting in fantasy land waiting for a Saudi to pop up and offer 100 million ?????? Whilst the club slowly turns to shit ! Quote

I've joined in trying to talk sense into boycotting. Imagine being happy with the regime, I genuinely can't believe it. Quote
Mattyblue Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I’m surprised people are surprised, like I said above, that is the standard stuff you hear at Ewood over and over, even fifteen years later. 1 Quote
