I think a finance director is possibly quite useful, as would be a sales & marketing director plus a chief operating officer.

That way you don’t have concentration of powers, you have a proper champion/challenge in the boardroom with proper checks & balances. 

We have none of those things.

Imagine we had a proper corporate structure and, say, RF99’s view on it was ‘nah, feck these other roles, we only need a CEO and a deputy’, what do we reckon his response would be?
