I'd even question the signing of Markanday at this present moment. Those two players alone were £700k, then add on Gallaghers contract, Brownes contract, Giles contract (who I like but hasn't impacted results one bit), Zeefuick's contract. He should have just bought a fecking striker or a goalscoring midfielder.

On here they thought someone was going to step up. Khadra, Dolan, Rothwell were all names mentioned, all midfielders who don't score much (I got particular stick for saying that). It was a glimpse into the mindset of some fans. I thought it was just Mowbray that was bonkers.
