  1. There's a lot of it on social media too... "Dyche out!" Agent Garlick seems to have done the job.
  2. They look like a team a bit tired and in need of a freshen up. Maybe it's pressure and nerves? Or could it be complacency setting in and expecting the 3 points without putting in the necessary effort? Reinforcements will hopefully give them a bit of a gee up. It'll be such a shame if they mess this up. One thing is for sure, we badly missed Nyambe, Wharton Pickering and Kaminski - and Dolan shouldn't play wing back again.
  3. They call our support!
  4. Just release him, anything to ease my nerves.
  5. I think so too, that's why he stuck his leg out to keep the incoming Wigan player away. He wasn't concentrating on catching the ball.
  6. I'm worried about us beating Cardiff now. Some players seem to have adopted the lazy attitude we had before our good run. I hope Wharton and Nyambe are back, we're going to have Pickering out which is a blow. Edun isn't the answer at wing back and nor is Dolan. I hope we sign some decent players.
  7. And to get rid of our old back up goalie. It'll be a terrifying sight the next time he appears in goal.
  8. Why was he sticking his right leg out like that? He jumps then on his way down sticks his right leg out as stretched as possible, which meant all his weight went onto his left leg which carried him, and the ball, into the goal. Utterly bizarre.
  9. He certainly wouldn't have walked it into the net. I know Wigan are a rugby town but ffs.
  10. Did you watch the game Gav? His head went after the first goal.
  11. I've seen keepers stumble but they usually drop/throw the ball to give the defense a chance of clearing. Pears casually moonwalked into the net.
  12. Strange that Mowbray kept him there for the entire game. The lad clearly can't defend and wasn't effective going forward from that position, so why the hell was he kept there?
  13. He's okay when the players around him are playing well. Unfortunately they were all fucking hopeless.
  14. You could see on his face that he'd gone to pieces, why Mowbray kept him on I will never know. It was unfair on everyone including Pears.
  15. Some embarassing performances. It's not that we've gone out, Wigan won't score two like that again for a while along with an absolute goalkeeping howler to add to it. It's the manner that several key players just haven't looked assed today. A reminder of how poor they can be. Missed Wharton, Pickering, Nyambe and Kaminski today but the ones replacing them should have done much better.
  16. Dolan is a terrible wing back. What a poor decision that was. Fuck off Wigan you've been dogshit.
  17. We're relying on Wigan not being able to hit the net now as Pears isn't saving anything. Frozen again then.
  18. Wigan have been a dirty set of wankers.
  19. It is but I wish we'd gone out to a decent side.
  20. He looks like his confidence is shot.
  21. It's the manner of the capitulation. We've been so poor, including the first teamers. It's easy to worry about a death spiral when you see something like this. Wigan should be 3-1 up.
  22. Pears has been outstandingly bad, but some of the players have to take a look at themselves. They thought they'd won before a ball was kicked. They can't even string a pass together.
  23. Pears has completely lost the plot.
  24. Then he lost it again. Entire team being sloppy now, giving the ball away. Pears poor, blimey.
