Yeah that's not snarky at all. We did have a better option on the bench on the night but the player I would have picked is on loan. Do I think Edun should play there all the time? No. Would I have used him there temporarily? Yes. Do I know Magloire is a poor defender? Yes. So for those reasons I'd have chosen Edun at full back.

When Nyambe went off I'd have brought Pike on and kept the same shape. Rothwell, I'd have brought Edun on. Butterworth for Gallagher, Khadra for Dolan. If you think bringing Poveda on was right then you need to see an optician.

I've seen so many people saying "he had no choice" (to play Magloire) last night and today, and no one is pointing out we actually have Pike. Or we did but TM decided to loan him for a month. Such bad management considering the lack of cover.

Nah, I read it, I just think you're a bit odd if you think that changing the shape of the team to include Magloire was in any way a good idea. No, but I'd have taken it over Magloire and a formation change. It's not the first time Mowbray has used Magloire this season and worsened the team as a result.
