You have to wonder if things will improve on the transfer front because it was Steve holding the negotiations back for all our main targets. Even if it wasn’t him, will they go for it a bit more to make it LOOK like it was his fault? Who knows? Let’s just hope.

You’ll always have a team that goes up against the norm. It could easily be us one year… but due to law of averages, it’s more likely it won’t. It was Ipswich and Luton last year and could be Coventry this year (if they turn around the first leg).

I think the only reason we are still in with a playoff chance is because other teams keeping slipping up. With that win percentage, we shouldn’t be anywhere near top six. Other team’s poor performances have skewed the wider public perception of JEs ability. if he stays, fine. If he goes, fine.

I like Siggy and think injuries have done him an injustice. Would love to see him kick on and earn a new contract offer. It’s up to him to sign or leave. I also really like Dolan. I really think given a run in a his preferred position, could bring out his best.

I just seem to be far too skeptical of Rovers these days and I am convinced we aren’t getting these players. How sad is that?
