I meant that some fans wanted a younger coach in who would play better football, some were even optimistic about Kean. The reality set in then and many of those same fans realised just how good Allardyce was. I would imagine some Ipswich fans are starting to feel the same. Ya, it's a poor list. I think they should have 1st and 2nd qualify for the Champions league, then have a play off between 3rd,4th,5th and 6th for who gets the last 2 places, 3rd plays 6th and 4th plays 5th. Like 2 finals. I agree with the general idea of resting players, but I think it would be too much to leave all of those 3 out. It is a tricky balancing act. I would leave Evans in the middle and have Reed on the right instead of Palmer. Graham has to start, he is key to everything we do. Nyambe is back Saturday, which is great. Davenport not far off either. Tony will have some tough decisions to make

The good thing is there shouldn't be that much pressure on Brereton. We have one of the best strikers in the league playing upfront. We don't need him to make an immediate impact, it would be great and very welcome, but not make or break at this point.
