I didn't think we made enough from matchday revenue & merch sales to cover wages? I don't have the accounts to hand but at one point they were > 100% of our income. To my mind it's being squandered on things like whatever % of loan players wages we pay, for which we get no return, 400k wages for a CEO, short term players like Wyman, Baath and letting players contracts run out and leave on a free.

It's gone to, in no particular order: HMRC Staff wages Electric company Water company etc The owners aren't doing a Blackpool and syphoning money from the club, there's none to syphon. That's not a defence of the owners, if anything it's saying they can't even do that right!

It was my first thought too tbh, but it's such an easy rule to get around, the NDA for starters will have a clause in it about unfair dismissal. It's such an easy rule to get around, I doubt even Rovers could stuff it up 🙂

It's not, it's been split into 3 roles so they're fine.

It's usually when you leave, to keep you quiet, it also usually says you won't go after them for unfair or constructive dismissal, in exchange for a better redundancy package.
