  1. It was my first thought too tbh, but it's such an easy rule to get around, the NDA for starters will have a clause in it about unfair dismissal. It's such an easy rule to get around, I doubt even Rovers could stuff it up 🙂
  2. It's not, it's been split into 3 roles so they're fine.
  3. It's usually when you leave, to keep you quiet, it also usually says you won't go after them for unfair or constructive dismissal, in exchange for a better redundancy package.
  4. If you click the thread title it should take you to the latest unread comments for that thread.
  5. He was at a Q&A session with fans last year and made no secret that he was there to shadow Waggott and because CEO of a football club , someone asked if that was Rovers and he said something like maybe one day..
  6. The Rudy thing about him taking over from Steve Waggott was discussed at a meet the former players event last season. He was on stage with Craig Conway and he was clearly there for another reason because all the questions were quite clearly written for Conway. He was asked why he was back at the club and he told us he'd been doing a course on football business management and was there to discuss shadowing Steve Waggot and wanted to become CEO at a club. I don't think anyone there that night was left in any doubt which club that was going tobe.
  7. Oh, is he? What’s he done? The half time entertainment would be good though! Mark Rober is the ex-NASA guy that makes the fart traps for people that steal Amazon deliveries from porches 🤣
  8. looks like a police press conference for a missing child and we all know the dad did it.
  9. Feels like no progress because there is no progress ☹️
  10. 9 years ago Rovers Trust as they were known at the time sent out this email: https://us5.campaign-archive.com/?u=f646174da39488e19ed1200d3&id=ec211fc554
  11. We watched the end of the United game on Sky so I didn't know we'd lost for about half an hour afterwards. The last thing I remember is hanging out of a car window singing at Colin Hendry's double glazing advert under Darwen Street Bridge 😂 This is me and my mate Andy (with the crown on his head) the day after (or maybe the day after that), with the actual trophy at Ewood, we'd heard it was going to be in the bar and I think we were the only 2 in there in the end. The photo was taken by the guard and we didn't have to pay £20 for it.
  12. I put it down to an admin mistake by some underpaid and overworked minion at the council, they lost my photos.
  13. I once defended myself in court and cross-examined the police officer who put me there. In the mid to late 90’s I used to have a season ticket, the stadium was full and lots of people travelled from far and wide to the ground on match days, mostly by car. This is what landed me in court. https://www.stuartgrimshaw.co.uk/2025/02/26/my-perry-mason-moment/
  14. Just underlines the fact that the issues at Ewood are NOT ON the pitch.
  15. Yeah, it’s a venn diagram of sorts. Like you said, probably not the time to start it though!
  16. Found these early photos of Ewood on Facebook
  17. What do you all think about being able to comment on the articles now? https://www.brfcs.com/articles/howling-at-the-moon/2135
  18. Sorry, I meant it’s supposed to redirect you to / instead, it doesn’t and that’s the bit that’s broken 😀
  19. Yeah, that’s on the list, it should just send you to the home page now.
  20. What was the page that gave you the error @Hasta ?
  21. Should be fixed now @sabino
