Classic 90s curtains 😁

We watched the end of the United game on Sky so I didn't know we'd lost for about half an hour afterwards. The last thing I remember is hanging out of a car window singing at Colin Hendry's double glazing advert under Darwen Street Bridge 😂 This is me and my mate Andy (with the crown on his head) the day after (or maybe the day after that), with the actual trophy at Ewood, we'd heard it was going to be in the bar and I think we were the only 2 in there in the end. The photo was taken by the guard and we didn't have to pay £20 for it.

I put it down to an admin mistake by some underpaid and overworked minion at the council, they lost my photos.

I once defended myself in court and cross-examined the police officer who put me there. In the mid to late 90’s I used to have a season ticket, the stadium was full and lots of people travelled from far and wide to the ground on match days, mostly by car. I live in Sheffield and I can assure you that the veneer of competance at United (Wednesday are as big a basket case as us) is very thin and being masked by their parachute money and the spending power that gives clubs. It's not that long ago that the different owners were sueing each other!

Please be aware that the club now carry out ticket checks at all games at Ewood Park, including this Saturday's fixture against Sheffield United. Checks on all concession tickets in the three home stands will take place at the turnstiles ahead of the game. I assume I’ve got the Rovers version of this and that away fans don’t just get to buy whatever tickets they want. Instead of assuming everyone home fan is trying to cheat the club, why not look at WHY people are getting the cheaper tickets.
