If we manage to blow another 2-0 lead 15 mins from the end I honestly couldn't think of a more fitting tribute to Tony's time at Rovers. -

I don't care if it's a dead rubber next week, get him gone after this match. He shouldn't be anywhere near the rebuild process. -

You say that but under Tony we are generally horrendous at picking up points from behind. -
https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/20100946.tony-mowbray-gives-biggest-hint-yet-blackburn-rovers-future/ That's him going surely? As much as he's driven me up the wall over the past year I think if that's the case it's now important that we just throw everything behind him and the team and pray for a miracle ending.

Not to mention he isn't our players after a couple more games. Should be giving time to players here next year.

Classic Mowbray season though isn't it? Season derails completely and the second we can no longer actually achieve anything we start smashing teams so people forget about the dross and get their hopes up over the summer...

2 CB's booked already. How much is down to them, and how much is down to the lack of cover provided by Tony's terrible tactics? -

Let's be honest if we scraped into the play-offs we would be hammered by every other team in the mix anyway. -

Not a single update on the Rovers twitter since Stoke scored. I'm not watching but I assume that speaks for itself? -

So he doesn't train them in specific fundamentals (as he has admitted), nor does he seem to motivate them... what exactly does Tony do in training? -

Almost as if he's a left back who keeps getting thrown onto the right wing. -

It's more and more clear that it was the win streak that was the "outlier" for our results, rather than the awful form surrounding it. Without that period we'd have just lost a relegation six-pointer. And yet some will still defend the dinosaur. -

Don't worry, you won't have to after we lose the next 4 as well. -

Getting absolutely pumped by the worst team in the league. Hand Tony is p45 and let him find his own way home. -

Considering game management has been an issue for a long time now it absolutely comes down on the manager as much as the players. -

We are sitting soooo deep. Does Tony even know the basics of setting a team up? -

Kaminski and van Hecke (perhaps Wharton too) seem to be the only players doing anything,,, though I guess that argument could be used for all of 2022. -

Hopefully the lads tell Tony where to shove his ideas again at half time. Utterly clueless. -

So let me get this straight... Gally is taken out by last man, and nothing. Edun booked and Breo disallowed for lightly touching the opposition. The officials in this league boggle the mind. -

Who would have thought that continuing with the same tactics that haven't worked all of 2022 would result in the exact same level of dire performance? -

Wow -
I think the one think for me with Gareth that I absolutely despise about Tony is you know full well that win or lose as a fan he would be pushing that team, urging them to finish the job, and would be going through the same emotions we are as the game goes on. I can't remember the last time Tony looked like he remotely gave a damn, from his interviews to his touchline demeanour, and discounting the constant collapses is the number one thing I have to criticise him for.
