  1. Thanks mate. Your words mean a lot.
  2. Tomorrow the funeral take place on my late Stepson Luke Harden, who sadly last his life in tragic circumstances, in the early hours of 01/11/2025. Although, not a huge football fan, or a Rovers fan, the first outing I had with Luke, was to a Rovers match on Boxing day 2003 having met his Mum and my future wife a few weeks earlier. Luke is seen up and down the country, at football grounds, as he was a model and amongst other things, he modelled Marc Darcy Suits, who have an association with WBA and Leicester City, amongst others. It would give me and my family (a few Rovers fans amongst us) great comfort, if a round of applause could be arranged on the 37th minute, to mark his age when he passed. Living in Spain, I watch most of the Rovers matches on Rovers TV as I pay the overseas subscription, but will not be either watching on TV or at the ground tomorrow, as the funeral and wake, will go on later into the evening. I will watch the match back, at a later date and would really appreciate any little tribute to him if that is possible. Hopefully we will win the game and I can raise a glass to Luke and a Rovers Victory. RIP Luke, you are sadly missed. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/25604410.trial-date-set-pair-accused-murdering-luke-harden/ https://www.instagram.com/p/DQl0Qc8lU4L/?hl=en-gb

  4. Rovers TV if you are abroad. Very Possible Nipping abroad and buying a match day pass will work.
  5. Bolton has almost double the population of Blackburn.
  6. If you do bring a friend, don’t be surprised if it’s an ex-friend after 90 minutes.
  7. I noticed the Liverpool fans were howling last night, at a packed Angield.
  8. No way can anyone blame the fans for either not turning up, or not creating an atmosphere, after all we have witnessed. That last night was shocking and I fear it will not get better and just hope we can carry on getting some points on the board away from home. Ismael is a dud and as already pointed out, his home record alone, is cause for him to be sacked and if the results performances and other off the field activities do not change and quickly, this will end in disaster. To sum things up for anyone who wants to have a go about attendances, where have the owners been over the last 10 years and given that not a single one of them turned up for the centenary game, that says it all, as if they can't be arsed, what else can anyone expect.
  9. It’s been a very tough 3 weeks for me and my family, having lost a close family member, taken way too soon. I haven’t been able to bring myself to post on here or watch the games, until last night, but this brought a smile to my face for the first time since. Thanks Rovers and RIP Luke. Xx
  10. It was exciting though, as we got a few sunny days, in a row.
  11. That's correct. I don't know who was in attendance from the club, but assume Suhail and Gestede were there and if their recent shenanigans are anything to go by, I suspect it won't have been a a good reflection. I don't think either of them are prepared to accept any criticism at all and consider their actions and performance to be of a good standard,
  12. I have been told the minutes are being disputed again, so perhaps an attendee can confirm? Coming back to my point about the meetings being a cosy up with the club, perhaps on reflection that’s a bit harsh. If an accurate version of the minutes cannot be released though, in favour of a version that suits the club, what’s the point and what do the fans forum intend to do about it?
  13. I did post a negative comment on hereabout the meeting, being a cosy affair and was not worth having if this was the case, but was told, it was anything but. Hopefully, the person who wrote the minutes, can post them soon, as I have this feeling that if it was not a cosy affair and people were taken to task again, the club will not allow them to be released, without alteration. The last one, as most on here know, resulted in 3 versions being written with the version that the club were happy with being released, but the uncut and seemingly accurate version, being posted on here and on social media. Let's hope accurate minute are accepted and the powers that be, can accept some perfectly valid criticism.
  14. It depends on what he knows and I suspect that will be plenty.
  15. He reads the game better too and acts as the sweeper when necessary.
  16. TFFT. Its horrible seeing what’s going on, as I hate Rovers losing. It was a mixture of emotions at full time, delighted with the win, but we still have huge problems
  17. The results are becoming irrelevant now, just as they are with SWFC. The only thing that matters, is somehow getting rid of the owners. More hope in the offing after the announcements of the protests for the Derby game. Resigned to relegation this season, but pray we can get them out.
  18. The commentators didn’t mention it, but my wife did. Sick of this shit every week.
  19. They have to toe the line. Try it with no sound, it’s far better, oh and try to block the score out of your mind and just admire the quality and average age of the team.
  20. At least we can see how strong we are and how much better the quality is compared to last season. Relegation, no chance we are suddenly going to click and go on a great run.
  21. Same here, from Spain. They might be in for a but of STICK for this, as plenty have paid for the season long pass, who live abroad.
  22. Fair play to them for doing what they did and more importantly for getting the media attention too. It is time for us to act too.
  23. Just a thought, but given what has happened today with SWFC what about getting a petition going to be delivered to the club and to Venky's HQ. This could also be made public by way of the press and maybe the timing could be such that it hits the headlines on the same day as the Derby. A Vote of no confidence We the understand, being a supporter and past or current attendee at Blackburn Rovers fixtures, call for owners to either sell the club, or put the club into administration. Given that the club are reputedly losing in the region of £73,000 per day, we see the club as being no longer financially viable and call upon the owners to acknowledge this and do the right thing. As a 150 year institution, we as fans deserve better and cannot support this regime any longer and given that the club is nothing without the fans, we implore you to do the right thing.
  24. Sadly, lots of people do not understand the difference, between administration and liquidation.
