Far better atmosphere on Sunday as a result. Football is tribal, we go to make noise and support our team. When WBA scored their crowd woke up, we responded. Made for a far better game, when you couldn't hear the QPR fans.

Up at the Black Bull before today's game. Met up with a fellow Forum member and four Albion fans, who he knows. Good banter. No-one I've ever spoken to has a good word to say about Bruce, that includes a bloke a play five a side with, who is Villa fan. Turgid old fashioned Mowbray shite. He's yesterday man!

A very satisfying day, save for 11 minutes of torture. Top of the league, I’ll take that!

Referee very poor again, very inconstant , Phillips very impressive and BBD scores a beauty!

Reet enjoyed that this afternoon. Talking to those in the Black Bull pre-game, concerned at the loss of two good CB's, but Ayala, and Scotty were excellent. Brittain has something. Up front a bit spineless today, and needed a corker from the Captain. QPR, save for hitting the crossbar early on, were fairly awful. You can see JDT wants one/two touch quick football. So refreshing after TM's turgid rubbish. I'll take that!

For the first time since the Loons rocked up, I'm slightly optimistic about tomorrow. I'm starting a new job on Monday, as a leaving present I was given a new shirt, £52 saved! My son nicked it, and will be wearing it when we trap up!

Went to Stanley, too early to tell. Mate went to Hartlepool, said it was turgid. Just about fitness, and JDT seems happy with that. I don't think pre-season is any indicator.

I'm taking the new bounce plunge, and will take my lad, who's very keen to go. Let's hope we start positively, and our fresh manager, freshens things up!

Bumped into Scott and Adam's dad in Blackburn town centre today. Proud man, his two starting at Lincoln. Says the news from the training ground is positive, JDT a lot more modern, likes his one touch/two touch, faster moving game than the dinosaur TM.

It is now. Jack built the stadium for PL football, until the Loons rocked up, the ground was absolutely right. 30,000 against Liverpool, I think the highest attendance. Another Loon achievement.....we don't thank you.

I wish Maggot had taken a tour of the ground. The staff were absolutely lovely, the facilities brilliant. Wanted to buy one of the Stanley/Rovers pins from the Accy supporters club for me and son, sold out very quickly, the seller went away and found one, then the guy selling them gave us his, so I gave them a tenner. Bowland beer on tap, pie and a pint for 6 quid. As far as the games were concerned, Stanley in the first game were lively. This was our first competitive match, and we we were okay, hit the post (I think), at the other end, good save from their keeper. Second game, I would have hoped we had more quality than their second string. Great weather, great day out.

Talk about a war chest.....does that involve selling BB-D? I'd like to think JDT would have been made promises, but with our owners track record? Nothing certain.
