Rugby World Cup Japan 2019
Proudtobeblue&white replied to dave birch's topic in I Can't Believe It's Not Football
What an absolutely awesome performance by an England team. They have beaten the best team in the World by miles. Bring on next Saturday. The second World Cup of the year is there to be won!! -

Croatia's keeper is nowhere near playing for Villa's first team and is 6'7" my Villa supporting mate informs me. Wouldn't he be worth a punt instead of Walton on loan? -
I never like to disagree with you, we will see!

The tide I believe will turn if (when) we lose Saturday.

Tony Mowbray Discussion
Proudtobeblue&white replied to Neal's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
He's made Birmingham into a mega technical team, yet again building up the opposition. Why not keep your gob shut, and concentrate on picking your best team. A team that can win a match, any match! -
Watching the game on Saturday, the last thirty minutes of the first half was entertaining. God only knows what he says to the team at half time, as we were completely on the back foot thereafter. Their subs made a difference. Holtby didn't look dead on his feet at all, yet was taken off. It seems from my watching of the board, this happens all the time. Inexplicable decisions, failing to pick players in the right positions (Bennett!). We can see it, why can't he?? It's time for him to go. Despite the Loons track record, we are regressing again under his charge. Two massive games, where I have little faith in any points. Will they pull the plug. Who knows. We need a young, forward thinking manager. But, would one come?

You will have no trouble whatsoever getting tickets, call the ticket office when they are on open sale. Our chief exec has really enjoyed shutting down bits of the ground to home fans. Best stand/most expensive, is the Jack Walker stand. Upper. We are in the doldrums under Tony Mowbray, he doesn't know his best team, and his substitutions never change a game for the better! Nevertheless, enjoy your trip, hopefully things will be looking up for us by then. The atmosphere at yours will be a cacophony compared to Ewood! BTW - thanks for selling Shearer to us........
