Just to update your Rovers knowledge, our first match was a 1-1 draw against Church (a part now of Hyndburn - Accrington) on the 11th December 1875. I presume it was quite friendly. Parsonblue will let us know! ?

Okay, I get idiocy, and they are mega rich, but why keep spending eye-watering figures keeping afloat something that does nothing to enhance your core product. I don't see any advantages in them laundering money in a country with some of the strictest laws in the world. Pride? What on earth has their tenure done to warrant them to take even a modicum of satisfaction from what they have done to us? So, to save face, they piss money up against the proverbial toilet wall? I was meant to be corporate today. I was going to bite the bullet. The good criminal's of Blackburnium however intervened, and I ended up at court working. So far it has meant that I didn't have to sit through the RWC, and might be a blessing this afternoon. Oh and Josh King has scored the winning goal against Man Ure. It makes me weep!

Bit like PNE. Those who score more goals win. We aren't reet good at that at the moment, despite Waggott's nonsense.

My 19 year was on his way down to Cornwall for a holiday. He got very excited at 2-0. I kept telling him there was a long way to go (in the match, and to his destination). I followed the game on here. He was quite down at the end. I am just resigned. I still love our club and town, but the Loons have disgraced both. Mowbray is just on one last pay day. The club will never thrive under conditions like this. It is embarrassing what our poor excuse for a manager now spouts. Please, politely, fuck off, take Waggott with you, oh and same for the absentee clowns.
