  1. I post on here, will continue to do so, and love Blackburn Rovers. I have no love whatsoever for those that "own" the club. I thought long and hard about going to the Swansea game, but the cricket season was with us, and me and my son watched that rather than a dead rubber at a knock down price. I've posted ideas for price structure and ideas to improve the atmosphere, as have you and many others. I just feel the Loon era has killed the club back to the pre-Jack era, yet without the love. Going away in the 70's 80''s is akin to now, but then we had a small ground that rocked. Now we have a morgue. They have let us rot, irrespective of their investment, which they do to save face. Nothing more, nothing less. Sadly I am one losing the reason to return. I hope TM gets the green light for a promotion push. Time will tell.
  2. Surely you sum up the reign of the Loons, they have ripped the heart out of our club.
  3. 110 at better than two runs per ball. So looking forward to the World Cup. Second fastest in English history.
  4. Both semis are actually a great example in the second leg of going for it. Not a great fan of the Spanish/Italian rolling around. Ajax to be commended as I prefer proper footballing nations. Play to win!
  5. Now that the World's oldest club have to take their banner down proclaiming so, the FA will expunge all records prior to the PL, and the top six will be happy, sadly for the Ding's we will still be above them in any "stats".
  6. Mercer must be creaming his red wine catalogue after his 4-0 prediction!
  7. Whilst not everyone's cup of tea, you can't it away from Liverpool, that was a historic win.
  8. Disappointing end to the season only winning 5-1. Well done on an exceptional campaign, and good luck in the Championship!
  9. Very sad to see, after 157 years, Notts C relegated out of the FL. Financial problems of their own. Founder members alongside us.
  10. Whilst the prices had to be as they are, why on earth, as the DE remains out of bounds, do they not open the top tier of the BE, for example, and create a proper home end.....and encourage the 18-25's to go in there. As has been said, provide proper beer, incentives for getting there early. Waggott knew about the announcement today, yet kept it under wraps at the meeting so he couldn't be asked about it. I still have my doubts, but today was a done deal, even when he talked at the meeting.
