  1. Take a point. We were much better second half and in fairness anyone, let alone someone of Mowbray's capabilities, would sturggle with all of the players we have out.
  2. Brereton has more in his big toe than Gallagher does. No skill, no touch, no positional sense, flat footed when he's in our box, runs with his head down the list goes on. Completely and utterly appalling footballer.
  3. £12m worth of open goal missed.. Tony swivels away head in hands, extra cake required when he gets home tonight
  4. Love JRC having a right go at Gallagher there, he knows how fucking shite he is
  5. Pears is a complete and utter embassment, how they haven't scored from that corner is beyond me
  6. Lenihan desperate to hoof it to Gallagher everytime he gets it. The only bonus is that might make him a bit more solid playing that kind of game.
  7. Paul Cook saying "Assomba Bonga" is full value on Sky
  8. Fuck me we're on Sky, someone is getting fired in the programming department
  9. We have a lot of injuries/absentees, can't argue with that. Sadly though, this isn't the main reason we are where we are; it's down to Tony not being a good enough manager. I guess we can hardly expect him to admit as much in the press though so the 'woe is us' rhetoric will be ramped up until we stumble out of the latest death spiral.
  10. I think you'll find we are midway through his latest death spiral, sadly.
  11. I'm in a town called apathy and Tony is the mayor
  12. Can't see us winning this one, Boro in good form with a manager who knows how to get out of this division vs a team in terrible form with a manager who doesn't. I predict a diabolical 0-0 to continue the Mowbray death spiral with apathy well and truly cemented in.
  13. This. You can see it in his body language - he's seeing the players who are out because of Covid as something that'll mean we won't win. It's all 'woe is me' and it must filter down to the players. Combine that with playing players out of their actual fucking positions and trying to out think opposition managers and this situation is inevitable. We'll go on a mini run at some point and may even get within touching distance of the play offs, but it'll all collapse again. Bang average manager for appalling owners. The only people that lose are us poor fuckers hoping and preying we get back where we belong.
  14. One day Covid will be over and Tony won't be here. Until then I might just pretend none of this is happening.
  15. I do look forward to anyone trying to polish this turd
  16. It's so bad is there a hope he'll get potted?
  17. Top work lads, 25 mins without conceding is a great improvement. Especially with the localised Covid outbreak solely within Blackburn.
  18. Been Mowbray'd into submission haven't we. Apathy had to win out eventually
  19. Lots of goals. I think we'll lose 5-2. When we lose Mowbray to mention Covid within 3 seconds in the post match interview.
  20. I can't bring myself to read it.
  21. Who is "we"? We the fans can think about appointing someone else for sure, I'd absolutely love if we unearthed some unknown gem like Reading have (albeit only 8 games in). "We" being Venkys? I can guarantee they are thinking absolutely fuck all about Blackburn Rovers currently, in their mind the ship is safe under a lovely man whose wife bakes a great cake. And if another club approaches Mowbray and he goes and join's them I will firstly pay you £100 (take that as an official bet). Madame on the other hand will be irritated that one of her under-performing outposts have the temerity to contact her, and then employ some clown to ask a filthy agent to recommend replacements. It genuinely blows my mind that anyone can think that we would go through the process of appointing the best available Manager for Rovers if Mowbray were to go, with our current owners in place.
