Last season of Schitt's Creek available on Netflix from today. Really recommend it as a light comedy that manages to be 'real' rather than full of pure sitcom tropes. Not 'must watch', but well-written and easy to watch, with great comic leads in Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara.

I'm thrilled to bits! Don't think I'll risk playing with a mate just yet, but I'll ask Mrs E to caddy for me, or if she wants to learn to play herself

Watched AfterLife on Netflix. I'm not remotely a fan of Gervais' comedy, but AfterLife is a brilliant and brutally honest portrait of grieving imo.

It was, and as a big fan of I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue, I'm disappointed in myself for it!

I often wonder this, why do top stars rarely go into further footy careers? My suspicion is that top stars have achieved what they wanted, whereas lesser players perhaps still have goals that they need to achieve albeit vicariously through coaching and management?

Easy to say when not in that position though.

Ooijer carried the stench of a weak first half-season throughout his time with us imo. In his first couple of games he gave away a pointless penalty and scored an own goal. Yes, I'd be using it for FM and literally nothing else. Just realised an alternative. I have this netbook: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c04999120 I was given it as a teacher for OpenOffice and browsing. If I uninstall all non-important files/programmes, and install Steam (can store the files on an ext hard drive to relieve some burden), reckon that would be good enough? Not bothered if it runs a touch slow, or about quality match graphics (I still admire the 3d engine in fm14 ffs).
