Personally has to be THAT Tugay goal vs Spurs. Mickey Gray up on the right wing for some reason, cut back and crossed it in. The usual pinball heading occurred before a Spurs defender took the sensible decision: 'If in doubt, head it out'. However, the phrase is not 'If in doubt, head it out to their best player.' But not even the most optimistic Rovers fan thought the next 5 seconds would happen. So audacious was it, that as the ball dropped from the heavens, nobody truly thought even the maestro would attempt it. And yet he made perfect contact with a horizontal volley, the ball unmoving, not spinning even slightly, as it flew past a flailing pre-Rovers Robbo. https://youtu.be/_5oLISbbemA

How are resident golfers coping with the lockdown? In the absence of the Masters, I've been watching highlights from my favourite golf the last few days. Namely: Masters 2005, Ryder Cup 2012, Masters 1980, Masters 2019

I always thought we got £20m+ for Samba for some reason

Rekik was 18, so you're right. Had it in my head he was 16 for some reason.

16 and how many days?

In general, Wyatt's Fiend character should only be able to beat those who's weakness is having a better previous persona. A twisted, but justified, method of improving other wrestlers. Ties in well with every opponent post-Wyatt match. Only lost to Goldberg because Goldberg is still all he ever was, a squash wrestler.

1. It was a response to gumboots, don't be so arrogant. 2. Boring in the sense that it drags like hell. Perhaps it's more interesting if you watch week-to-week as it was originally shown. For reference my favourite show in absolute years is Line of Duty, which is all about the minutiae of police procedure. Fancy that, different people think different things. Who'd have thought?

The Monarchy itself is outdated BUT there's immense value in having an apolitical Head of State. The visit to victims of the Manchester bombing brought that home to me. Look at the difference in press to those visits in comparison to May and Corbyn's visits to Grenfell. The Royals offer some comfort, while political leaders (even unintentionally) can only look to gain from such visits.

Line of Duty! Although, best getting that on BBC Iplayer

You should definitely watch The Thick of It. Political, very funny, albeit very sweary.

Players that underachieved or what could have been
Mike E replied to Oldgregg86's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Even with the career he had, Shearer never achieved what he deserved. Players without talent of his little toe have more titles from the bench. -
For everyone picking Orr, yeah he was a bell and but not a bad fullback. Just not very good. Ribeiro, however. Sheesh!

31! Great quiz, Tony

What are your favourite sports books?
Mike E replied to Bigdoggsteel's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
As for books, Matt Jansen's one of the best and most honest I've read. And that's not bias, lent it to friends who support other clubs (and my dingle father-in-law) who all enjoyed it. -

Michael! Have to say I preferred 'Clough', the ITV documentary of the same year to The Damned United. Similarly love 'I believe in Miracles' dedicated to Clough's time at Forest. Brilliant film and a classic late 70s soundtrack. -

Even the moors would've been tricky, pre-Darwen Tower. -

Might be why they weren't. In fairness, it's TV and not a documentary. The bloke wrote Downton Abbey ffs ? -

Kappa hands down. Loved the amber away kit, my first season of regularly going to away games. The Stead/Amoruso season
