  1. BB getting stronger and staying on his feet has made the world of difference to his game. He looks a different beast, mobile and making himself available in the final 3rd. Keep going Breo!
  2. Glad we pulled it back for HT. Hope Kaminski bollocks the defence for not closing down, and we go again! I know he scored, but around 60, I'd put Dolan on for Johnson and go 442.
  3. Diana Rigg has hit me a bit. Similar to when Alan Rickman died. Extremely talented actress, who 'made it' right from the start. If you can be revered in diverse appearance as a Morecambe and Wise Christmas Show and Game of Thrones and all areas in between, you're fantastic at what you do.
  4. The stupid thing is, if we'd signed Lindsay and loaned Nat Phillips before the Kipre link, we'd likely be pretty happy by now. Now, they'd feel like letdowns having missed out on Ayala and Kipre. At the moment, however, I see no reason we couldn't sign Brad Smith and Liam Lindsay, and loan Phillips. So it's making me wonder if we actually have anymore money. Did we blow our whole budget on Kaminski? Were we relying on sell-ons for Raya and King?
  5. Tbf, had West Brom got their man, we would've had Kipre. I think it's genuinely as simple as that, and we got unlucky. Unfortunately I also think we threw most of our eggs in that particular basket.
  6. It's good, not told from the goody goody POV. Told from Johnny's (bad guy in the film) POV and adds a lot of depth to the story. Try it, only 30min episodes.
  7. As a fan of Karate Kid growing up, I love love LOVE Cobra Kai!
  8. 900k not spent of Kipre is around £18k/week now freed up for a free signing. At least one centre back, no excuse.
  9. Give me Ayala, Smith, and Sarr and I'll be happy.
  10. Tbf, that sounds good. Black with 3 red stripes?
  11. Barry Hunter wasn't it? He moved on to Man City, now he's at Liverpool.
  12. Alex Gorrin doesn't exist?
  13. If Cunningham is better than Bell (which he undoubtedly is), then that's the end of the argument. If we know better left backs available for not much, then that's great too. I was just using Cunningham as a player I know of, whom I think is better than Bell.
  14. I'd pitch it at £300 for the most expensive adult ticket. £200 for the cheapest adult ticket. Adults: £200-300 with 10% off price of one new replica shirt when shown in store. (£245+ per fan) 16-21, students, and 65+: £150-200 with 25% off price of one new replica shirt when shown in store. (£187.50+ per fan) 11-16: £100-125 with 50% off free new replica shirt when shown in store. (£125+ per fan) Up to 16 (with someone over 18) : £50 with 50% off free new replica shirt when shown in store. (£75 per fan) Getting fans in the ground will generate more income than charging the loyal 7k fans more and more every season. I appreciate this season is different but just use the model described above to include iFollow passes until fans can re-enter the ground. I feel like the pricing above would be low enough that few fans would be clamouring for refunds.
  15. I've gone for the hexagonal. Great idea, wonderful cause.
  16. If we were to sell Evans to Stoke as part of a deal to get Lindsay, and spent some money getting Morsy in, I'd be rather happy with that.
  17. With £900,000 not spent on Kipre, I'd focus our energies (if we're even looking at these) on Ayala (free) and Cunningham. That would immediately make our defence much more solid. That's just based on names I know of, no idea whom the club is targeting.
  18. I'd assume until the signing is made or abandoned.
  19. Plenty of good games about as well. Darwen vs Barnoldswick for one!
  20. Be a midfielder won't it...
  21. He's the kind of player I'd expect to be on the bench all season, but constantly available for the u23s. If he's worth it, we'll see him in cup games and end of season dead rubbers imo.
  22. Re: Brereton. In the current market, I'd say a 21yo English striker justifying a £6m price tag needs to score 10+ per season. Anything above that increases their price. I think he can get there with actual game time imo. Trouble is, I think Gallagher, for his faults, is a clearer focal point.
  23. I thought he was 1.3m, but turned out that was Tugay
  24. Feels like Kipre to me. Hopefully used 'interest' to get a rise out of us and we've agreed. HOPEFULLY
