  1. I'm only interested if JE said it. Sammie gets a pass.
  2. I had stopped watching by the time of Fuckoffgate, I hope it's available on video soon.
  3. When he got his second gig at Rovers and then renewed. He should play the lottery with luck like that.
  4. We are well and truly deep in the smelly stuff and will have to rely on the likes of Siggy the Ponytail, Moran the baby and Brittain "breath of fresh air" to dig us out when they couldn't lift a spade between them. Just as well some gifted JE the win v Stoke otherwise his results would look even more like they actually are.
  5. It's fair to say that JE selecting that little twat from Brighton has rogered us where it hurts.
  6. The piss wipe called Moran far more of a weakness than Buckley ever was or ever will be.
  7. He's bloody crap. Moron. Sweet Jesus he's as weak as piss.
  8. There is also the use of subs. JE has, since he arrived, used 5, 5, 3, 3, 3 and 5 subs and in the Cup game they were quite early. Also clubs employ loads of staff to guage players fitness and workload and amend training at an individual level to that players needs. Managers and coaches have been using the scheduling excuse for decades.
  9. I wish JE well and every success, that's good for all of us. I just wish that someone at some level at Ewood or Brockhall would take JE aside and tell him that most fans like being called Rovers rather than Blackburn Rovers and definitely not just Blackburn. All the names are good, but Rovers are who we are. Offered in the spirit of the much vaunted "togetherness".
  10. Almost all the teams below and within 4 points of us have, on paper, difficult fixtures today. Stoke within 4 points of us currently sit in the relegation zone. Plymouth sitting at 15th can be included in the desperate need for points. It would boost the survival hopes of all those teams to pick up 3 points today. A win for us today would be huge but a point would not be a failure. COYB
  11. He wanted out in the summer on terms favourable to the club and owners. They, not JDT, played hardball. He then stayed on, brought his family over which just has to have been based on new assurances given over the summer which soon proved to be the usual lies and claptrap. He didn't quit, he succeeded in making a strategic withdrawal from a pile of shit.
  12. It was done to excess and was often the creator of self inflicted danger. It was a factor in loss of confidence in the goalkeeping fraternity and our defenders in general. Not over complicating in defence and the KISS doctrine is the way to go.
  13. Eustace has more than one style, that's now established. Against the Saudis we played similar to the Stoke game with a mixture of a passing game full of pressing and intensity with long ball being used when needed in our defensive third or to launch an attack. I hope he goes for that mix in the league and not just the attritional style, I believe he will. It helped that all the players were up for it in the Cup, now show that desire in the league to help the manager and get us safe.
  14. That ref is an Aussie. We don't have enough crap already so import it from the other side of the world. I wonder how much MBS pays
  15. I'll be watching from afar and hoping to see the banners of protest proudly displayed for the whole world to see. This game is live everywhere and will have an enormous audience, even though the ko time is awful in the Far East. Great work, many of us are proud of you and your efforts. Another shout out to the work done on the site. I note that the "dislike" option has returned but more importantly, imo, it now takes 2 decisions to like or dislike making accidents in selection nigh impossible, a great improvement especially for those on phones. I often pressed the previous icon by mistake and probably only noticed that half the time. Whilst I do not expect to use the "dislike" option much if at all, on the basis of freedom of opinion, the double tap will hopefully make people think about what they are disliking and if they are reading a post in it's true context and not just jumping to unjust conclusions. It happens, and I know it does. Good work by the backroom team.
  16. I saw Duckett go, then, and I kid you not, just knew what would happen next. I then stopped watching.
  17. Not forgetting gate, TV money and cash from the FA. Finally I don't want a pasting so don't invite one.
