  1. Bloody hell, at least we get to see what Ayari is all about. Good luck to him, play well, we flecking©️ well need it. Rovers to win 1-2 COYB
  2. Unless..... Advisers have now confirmed that "whatever they really are up to" will still work to the same profit % in lower leagues providing costs are reduced further, as they are being at an increased rate. These types of people buy to hold, generational holdings.
  3. It's a wonder he's found the time to hide is the 3 short sub appearances for us, 2 of those in the Cup. At Coventry on loan and after a reasonable start he then hardly played, on the bench unused. It would appear that he is a waste of a loan place, unless Eustace thinks differently.
  4. Yes and he'll get better in the PL as he matures and beefs out a bit. He's only just arrived there and made the most passes of anyone on the pitch in at least the first half.
  5. Managed 22 different teams, including 4 national sides, in a career spanning 48 years. Had his failures at the top most level, notably at Liverpool and England. TBH his garbage signings for us soured me quite a bit.
  6. The Palace keeper fluffed his lines. Everton proof that long ball is still alive in the PL. Dyche still a pro moaner. Adam had a decent game.
  7. Betting on a Cardiff win and suggesting a weakened Rovers team is put out. Hmmmm..... Not often I disagree with your views but in the league the most important game is the next and when in a difficult position in the league always put out your best side. Players get injured in training as well as games. The Cup is different. It's easy to take the view that Toon can beat any side we field so it's a chance to rest players. I'd be disappointed and so I suspect would most players denied a start v PL opposition. We simply can't risk fielding a below best available side in the league until we are safe.
  8. He's going nowhere and the reason is above.
  9. I'll be staying up late to watch Everton v Adam and I expect quite a few other Rovers fans will be watching. Normally when a player leaves us that's an end of my interest but this is different. He's still one of us and doing well for himself.
  10. Weird interview. He claims Eustace as a breath of fresh air whilst saying how all good over 2 plus years until December 2023. Apart from sloppy he doesn't admit that he personally made a FU for the PNE equaliser, but I wouldn't expect him too. He's just another senior wheeled out to feed BS from the "group" to the masses. Usually I ignore this shit but I'm tired of these cretins dissing a departed manager just because a twat called Waggott tells them to.
  11. It's done at the expense of team performance to improve his appearance stats in the hope of getting something for him in the summer.
  12. I think John with get a decent amount of starts with the objective of getting a reasonable amount for him in the summer sale and planned downgrade of the squad. Heading south with foot hard down on the pedal.
  13. Very happy you torpedoed Atkins pro Venky comment.
  14. Fleck has always been of stocky build but it looks like he's put on a bit of extra timber.
  15. Playing the beautiful game of passing triangular tippy tappy with inferior players who can't do it consistently is the road to ruin. It's the owners fault for not providing the quality of players needed to do it. It's the coaches fault if he tries it with players who can't do it and doesn't have any alternative plans. Under Eustace we were simply awful at Brum. At Preston and for 30 minutes we dominated with a good mixture of passing and long ball and scored 2. We fell apart as Preston scored a worldie and a shit goal. The 2nd half we were dominated but defended well but were never really able to engage our forward players. Long ball to the likes of Dolan and Siggy is as much use as pissing in the wind. If Eustace can keep us up this season and can develop at least a plan A and a plan B he'll do fine.
  16. It looks like Pears would have saved the equaliser but for Hedges being in his way and also deflecting the ball from it's original path. 1 and 1/2 minutes of highlights, no replays, probably free from the EFL to the club
  17. OMG some want to give Eustace the Stoke win. Check calendars and watches, they've both stopped. This is the league table post Stoke and the correct Eustace start point.
  18. Good away point. We were good for the initial 24/30 minutes then Preston dominated the rest of that half, which was a very watchable game. The 2nd half quite dreadful by both teams but Preston probably shaded it a bit. I'm not a great Dolan fan but he's on a hiding to nothing when the ball is just hoofed forward. Taking Dolan off to replace with Siggy, that was a waste of time and a chance to tighten up the midfield lost. Brittain had a much better game than at Brum, they all did, but he's one hell of a soft lad. Gally worked his nuts off, glad he got a somewhat fortunate goal. No bookings at all in the derby game. Simple explanation for that, and it's David Webb. Very happy with a point that I didn't expect.
  19. He's dreaming of the golden shower waiting at home, from his sister
  20. Yes, Rovers website just letting UK based fans know they can access .... VPN ...
  21. Thanks. I've seen him on either so will be interesting to see how it develops. Millar is the one who caught my eye when I've watched PNEm
  22. Good team, from what we've got... But if Millar is on their left against Brittain and Hyam it will be torrid.
  23. My 60s were taken by the bastards and little hope that those of 70+ will see the back of those vermin in Pune. May they rot in hell for all eternity. And I mean every word FTFCs
