Might be a bit late to post this but just saw it on the club site: Rovers supporters should be advised that the A34 southbound is going to be closed today between the Peartree interchange to Hinksey Hill interchange. This is set to cause issues for the majority of Rovers supporters going to Reading as directions advise leaving the M40 at Junction nine to take the A34 towards Oxford and Newbury. Benson has been giving tech area advice to outfield players for weeks. He's been at Rovers since 2015 so predates Mowbray. Benson and Lowe were 2 of the pieces of furniture that Mowbray had to accept to get his move off the scrapheap. I assume Benson and Lowe have been around so long at Rovers because they are dirt cheap and kiss the correct arses.

Surely an interest in the club dynamics is a good thing.

Not really. He is genuinely a versatile player who has played almost every minute this season. He has played the most of his games as an attacking midfielder. Not a great leap for his manager to use him to combat Khadra.
