  1. Typical Nixon claptrap mischief making. Decking Turd.
  2. I have changed to outside of playoffs. My prediction skills are on a par with Mercer so that's a positive
  3. It would not surprise me at all. At which point I will give up. We will be out of the nasty play off spots later today and dear Tony can stop worrying about promotion and can focus on blagging himself a new contract.
  4. Paul Ince motivated Reading. Mowbray didn't motivate Rovers. I need a lie down.
  5. And play it as a wide right striker, it will have more impact than anything Mowbray has tried. Which reminds me ... I still have seen Privet play ...
  6. Most of us knew what was coming. I need to compose myself and try and fix the PC monitor .... fing twat Gallagher ...
  7. What do we expect playing in chicken yellow? FFS.
  8. Reading want it more. They have more fight in them .. so far. We were poor.
  9. Khadra had a similar injury, calf on same leg, very recently
  10. Not showing in TH. Had to resort to dodgytvdotcon
  11. Depends where you are. If in a country that has it on TV then its not available for that country on RoversTV. * RoversTV is not showing me a 10 quid match pass. It should as I'm in a 'dark' country. Their loss, I can get the game anyway.
  12. The game is on international TV: https://m.livesoccertv.com/match/4039525/reading-vs-blackburn-rovers/
  13. Might be a bit late to post this but just saw it on the club site: Rovers supporters should be advised that the A34 southbound is going to be closed today between the Peartree interchange to Hinksey Hill interchange. This is set to cause issues for the majority of Rovers supporters going to Reading as directions advise leaving the M40 at Junction nine to take the A34 towards Oxford and Newbury. We advise fans to find alternative routes and to leave with plenty of time in a bid to avoid queues. Kick-off at the Select Car Leasing Stadium is at 3pm. https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2022/march/19/travel-information-for-fans-travelling-to-reading/
  14. I stopped watching at HT with Wolves strolling. Quite pleased about missing the Leeds scum win.
  15. It is patently obvious that Mowbray threw his towel in at HT and passed responsibility to Venus and/or the players who enforced the changes. The dots are all there.
  16. FFS stop this constant whinging. You are the master at micro analysis, the board is full of examples. If fans want to analyse Mowbray its up to them. Not you.
  17. Benson has been giving tech area advice to outfield players for weeks. He's been at Rovers since 2015 so predates Mowbray. Benson and Lowe were 2 of the pieces of furniture that Mowbray had to accept to get his move off the scrapheap. I assume Benson and Lowe have been around so long at Rovers because they are dirt cheap and kiss the correct arses.
  18. Delighted for Everton but sorry how it will impact Burnley. The lad who tied himself to the goalpost should be credited with a partial assist. Good goal too. Attwell on VAR .... say no more .... The VARman has become a named celebrity and that suits these limelight seekers just fine. The whole of English PL and EFL refereeing needs a massive cleanup and independent supervision. It must be stopped from being an old school tie network.
  19. I agree, and perhaps the only way they could express their frustrations if they want to play for Rovers going forward.
  20. There is a school of thought that we fans should not micro analyse what the manager says or does or how he acts or makes strange finger movements. Well, I have tried to wean myself away from Mowbray drivel for years but it is addictive and more importantly unless his sayings and doings are reviewed how can anyone make an informed opinion and judge against known results and performance of the team. Surely an interest in the club dynamics is a good thing.
  21. Meanwhile on RoversTV (there for all to see and hear before anyone denies it!) Mowbray says that there was player 'aggression' in the dressing room at HT and he wished a couple of them had shown the same aggression on the pitch .......
  22. Not really. He is genuinely a versatile player who has played almost every minute this season. He has played the most of his games as an attacking midfielder. Not a great leap for his manager to use him to combat Khadra.
  23. FACT - Weimann has played in many different positions this season. A quick glance at his stats tells anybody that. But don't let fact get in the way of a 'good' story.
