  1. What a mess we made of setting up for that freekick. We made a big arrow and pointed out where to place the shot. Nyambe then at the final moment made a slight move inward and moved out of the way of the shot doing a starfish jump. Pathetic. BB - words almost fail me. That late chance beyond the far post - at BBs age I would have put that in the sprout bag every friggin time. And I mean that.
  2. Absolutely no chance of that happening. When fans are back he'll shit his pants though.
  3. Just as an aside I was having a look at the extended highlights this morning. It took be back to my childhood school hols working on farms. Mowbray looks like a cow chewing the cud, and with a bloody big nose.
  4. That will please the arse-lickers who masquerade as LT journalists. Looks like I'll be making my first bet for years next season.
  5. Johnson sprinting????? OK it's only a photo so maybe he can in those
  6. Mowbary even managed to praise the Pearsy Myles moment. And people swallow this, unbelievable. How's his statue coming on. The pigeons need something to shit on.
  7. What? I suppose they still trust him to get the Brockhall job done.
  8. What work was he doing for the Venkys prior to his arrival at Ewood? I knew him as a quite awful pundit based in Singapore with Star sports (I think it was Star). He had some background as an Indian Malaysian playing in the Malaysian League, which in those days was about 7th level here. I can't think he was qualified to do much else but run his mouth, usually without engaging brain.
  9. Interesting use of Ryan as a Club mouthpiece. I wonder how the club get players to do this and read from prepared PR tripe. It's all about 'Jam Tomorrow' when we haven't even got a loaf of bread never mind a Baker. The Club must spend a fortune on this PR propaganda for the, fast reducing, masses. All based on the 15 seconds attention span theory.
  10. Not while Refs buy into it and give cheap fouls. These Refs, like tonights, know what it going on.
  11. Ayala is back in 'soft' training, nowhere near match fit but it will be typical Mowbray to give him a few minutes in dead rubbers. Arse covering so he can tell Pune he'll be back fit next season and we missed him ever so much...... With such a sick-note it could easily go south.
  12. I've seen Rotherham a few times and they will be up for it. They have lost a lot of games by a narrow margin, like us. It will be a close one going to who wants it most. I hope Rotherham get a decent Ref for fairness sake. The one v Brentford wouldn't give them the steam of his shit.
  13. I'm firmly with you on this. I would also prefer Derby to go down and no further gloss on Mowbrays CV is ok by me. If a win or league position doesn't matter to Mowbray who 'owns' the Club then Rotherham are welcome to it. I will just ignore the Freud's who will over analysis in desperation to justify their own stance - which I absolutely do not give a flying one about. Rotherham have lost more games 1-0 this season than anyone else in the Championship, or was it the whole EFL, or so I heard on TV.
  14. Rotherham 0-1 down at HT at Bentford but playing against 13 men. Ref plus at least 1 of the flag guys.
  15. Blimey, tears welling already* * in the interest of truth and full disclosure and to compete with the Coventrio my post is a complete lie.
  16. TBH I could not understand why the pitch had been watered so much. It's basically under self repair at present, apart from surface care, after an awful season and was cutting up divots as well as being slippery. Rothwell was indeed lucky not to do serious damage.
  17. I wasn't one of them. Bamford has always had the technical skills for PL football and has improved on work-rate and basically giving back what he gets, physically. SG looks a different player, even winning his aerial challenges out wide. BB is improving, I've praised his work rate for a while. I concur on Armstrong, he would struggle at PL level in any team that does not create a lot of chances.
  18. To put the arse end of a football season into perspective the Dingles have scored 4 away without conceding.
  19. I really like Harvey as a player and agree with your summation. Elsewhere I've seen suggestions that BB receives the ball much better than Harvey which is a nonsense. BB has improved a bit in this department but with Harvey it sticks like glue. BB will never play PL, Harvey may. Yes, H-B has that extra about him.
  20. The win gave me no enjoyment, during play, straight after or even after a decent sleep. It only helps the Mowbray con-trick.
  21. He may get a Southgate cap but will have to find real pace from somewhere to be nailed on for England or indeed Liverpool
