  1. Rovers use state of the art IT down Brockhall already so that infrastructure is quite recent. It looks fine on the training vids that appear on the Club website. And they pass CAT 1 regular examination so all modern criteria must have been met! I mean come on every time Vs are mentioned so is the money they spend each year on maintaining CAT 1. Its 4 years since the 2 top-end firms were brought in to review all things financial. Someone, other than those already involved, must have oversight if the redevelopment goes ahead as it all appears to be planned to occur somewhat in-house at all stages, and I mean all stages. A paying for B with maybe extra (FFS!) needed. Oh dear. On the project itself nothing has changed: It is not possible to put 2 into 1. Better men than Waggott have tried since the beginning of time. And the(ir) Press sit their like fecking tits asking non invasive tame questions, well more like gentle enquiries. Pathetic creatures.
  2. OMFG. It all just gets worse. No way is he going anywhere and neither is Mowbray until at least they know if they can pull this off or not.
  3. A couple to go with here: eyes not looking at interviewer and moving constantly = both unsure & telling fibs and at 4.20 min when the 'houses' topic first appears (houses = cash) lip licking = hmmmm tasty, I'll have a piece of that. I could go on and be more academic about it but why bother. A spiv is a spiv.
  4. Beat me to it, and done much more politely that I would have.
  5. I was going to do a spoiler but will not knacker your fun. There is an early classic though if you are into this stuff.
  6. I sincerely hope that is true. If Maggott has spoken to Pune in those terms he is a busted flush. Dead man walking.
  7. He gave and gives me SFA. I believe in the Shirt and the Colours not in over-hyped con artists and parasites in Pune or at Ewood.
  8. There have been more posts on this cricket thread today, than runs scored by England in their 2nd innings.
  9. I knew who would win (see earlier post today) I did not think it would be within 2 days. Pathetic by England and embarrassingly so. Decent bowling, poor wicket, timid and technically shit batsmen
  10. Hes a bloody opener. Awful defence to a straight ball.
  11. I thought we needed a new manager after the promotion relegation season
  12. You make a good point about the predictable and boring 5 day draws of days gone bye. Now it's a done job usually within 4 or even 3
  13. 125/7 it was 125/6 on my stream when I read your post so I'm a couple of mins behind real time
  14. It spoils the watching of Test cricket when pitches are this pre-arranged. I know early Day 2 who will win this one. I also fully appreciate that we struggle to handle any spin above average stuff. We also do not play our strongest side and due to Covid knock on effects hardly ever these days.
  15. It's an 'arranged' wicket, pure and simple. Not an unusual occurrence in cricket anywhere but I must say India are particularly good at it. Doesn't explain us going with one main spinner.
  16. I never that I would think or say this... If anyone is going to be miss placed out wide let in be Brereton
  17. Watford are still in 2nd gear and we gifted them 2 goals. If they can be arsed to try they will muller us, which is a shame as they are not actually that good.
  18. Too small by far OR big enough for just First team and a Dev squad of sorts FYI - Ewood Park at 105m x 69m is 1.79 acres
  19. The governing body for international soccer, Fédération Internationale de Football Association (International Federation of Association Football, or FIFA) has set its standard range for soccer field dimensions at 69,300-86,400 square feet, or 1.59-1.98 acres. This is the range for field sizes for competitions like the World Cup. Their optimum field size is 76,590 square feet, which equals 1.77 acres.
  20. it's 19.14 - and is the IQ of the Vs, Mowbray, Waggott and Venus added together More seriously, I have seen 19.14 expressed as 19,140 in some Europe countries. Is it also how numbers are expressed in India?
  21. We are in the bottom half of the table and unless we buck up our ideas there is a queue forming of clubs in some form that may overtake us. The journey progresses Looking at that table Wycombe need a miracle to survive and I'd be thrilled to see Big Club go too. I think we will be ok ....... famous last words
  22. That is the answer of a stupid man who has allowed anger to control his good sense. (He's angry at being asked why possession dominant play is not producing goals to win games) This sort of emotion driven erratic behaviour is also shown when he just throws forwards on to chase a game, and expecting such chaos and team disarray to produce goals. He's been prone to temper tantrums and strange behaviour for years and certainly back to his time at Celtic.
