January Transfer window 2022

Same way they did when they brought in allowing 5 substitutions midway through the 2019-2020 season. -

From a footballing perspective hope it goes ahead purely as we are on an immense run of form and we don't seem to be hit with covid issues with key players. Having the points in the bag is always preferable to games in hand, but maybe especially more so this year if other teams end up with a congested fixture list in 2022. -
Premier League season 21/22

Yep. Should ban them from seeing their kids and their family as well. 😄 On a serious note I think the next few weeks are going to be rough for this. -

I say it every time but 5% off your ST if you had one last year, 10% off if you had one for 2 years etc.. up to 20% off for 4 years. I would definitely have renewed to keep my loyalty discount instead of taking a season out to see how COVID and Waggot affected this season like I have done. -

Parker and. Bournemouth fans talking as if the first goal is definitely offside. They must have seen a different angle than on all the footage I’ve seen. Its tight but the defender behind Lenihan’is is the deepest and may be playing him on, and Diaz may well be in front of the defenders but may be behind Lenihan’s head when he heads the ball. You can’t pause the footage and get a conclusive answer. -

I’d say Kaminsky is the best keeper we’ve had since Brad, but you have to accept one day he’s going to get chipped from 50 yards. -
And loan him back for rest of this season.
-
Yeah I watched about the last 2 hours and that partnership looked very comfortable. There were only a couple of hairy moments, one of which being the last ball. However we know that once one gets out the rest will follow.
-
You may still do yet, albeit tomorrow.
-
He's a modern day Sergio Peter. There was someone who looked promising in his early cameos but who's career just abruptly stopped

When Ive been travelling I’ve just downloaded the pass as a PDF to my phone from the NHS and then I can access it quickly and easily without going through the app. Chaddy - if they do it properly they will need to scan the QR code. See how Scotland works here. -

In the Blackburn End the Guinness Surger cans are, well surged, before they are served. In the JW before the Sheff United game they were charging over £4* for a can of Guinness Surger but didn’t have the actual surging machine. Someone in front ordered one and it looked like a pint of Ribena. When I got to the front I asked if they could actually Surge the Guness and the lad looked at me like I was speaking a different language. Piss poor. *I don’t know what it actually cost as the screens above the kiosk area were not working and there was no price list on display. -
If it remains 3pm on a Saturday could attract a decent following, especially if we are still going well.

Something in my gut tells me Preston.
-
Yeah but at the moment we are interchanging Khadra and Dolan with great success, and you would hate for one of the existing team to be benched to make way for him. He’s going to have to wait his turn until called for surely.

Outstanding result if not performance. Amazing what having Gally not on the wing is doing! The 3/5 man defence suddenly is working because Wharton and JPVH are better than both the loanee’s we had last season, and any centre halves we have had for a while. Thankfully one of them is ours as well. Somebody please tell me his contract has some length on it.

It says on PNE site that they are still awaiting a decision as to whether tickets will be on sale on the day. Although unlikely, had they stuck with the bottom tier there was a chance the bottom tier might sell out on the day, and they would be turning fans away. This way they can get another 3000 in if demand is there. Possibly. Either way I’m sure there’s a financial reason to make a few extra bucks behind it.
-
If they stuck in the same division for 3 consecutive years they would do though (which I know wasn’t the point made to be fair)
-
I’m confident if Kaminsky plays. If he’s out I think we will not play our natural game in order to protect Pears a bit and struggle. 3-1 win or 2-2 depending.

My mates dad once met Don King in the States and said he was very chatty and approachable.

An extra few hundred on matchday will give the team very little boost. -

Very little, as the support at both home and away games is always behind the players with the exception of a 7-0 home defeat which isn’t really a surprise. -

It’s amazing what happens when we stop playing big strikers on the wings. Excellent professional performance. The work rate to get the ball back is currently top notch. I was worried we’d lose a bit of that without Dolan but even Khedra was at it. Providing Kaminsky isn’t too serious it’s been an excellent day. -
This is by no means meant to undermine what has been a start to the season far better than what I hope for this year But this league is once again pretty poor. The top 2 are clearly superior to everyone else, which is showing in the big gap between 2nd and 3rd. But from QPR in 4th down to Reading in 21st there seems very little difference in quality. Simple organisation, work ethic and team spirit will get you a long way in this league. Normally you say that even if certain teams sneak into the top 6, the chances are there are better team above them in the play offs, but that doesn't seem to apply this year. West Brom could spend some money and turn a corner in January, but if you were in the play offs along with QPR, Coventry and Stoke you wouldn't be fearful. Big opportunity this year, and I'm talking for all clubs not just Rovers.

Apart from? That’s 3 out of 6 of those names that don’t fit Balaji’s alleged master plan. Balaji hasn’t got a scooby what goes on. I accept Mowbray may have had to spin him that line to get the go ahead on BB.
