  1. Sorry to hear your sad news Tony. Take care mate.
  2. The Three Degrees - When Will I See You Again?
  3. They won at Hampden in the semi final against Rangers but your point is still well made 👍🏻
  4. Pretty disrespectful I would say. Coming from Darwen I did see Wanderers as a big rival when I was growing up (especially some pretty daunting trips to Burnden Park via Manchester Road!) and they are also a historic football club of a similar size to us who are better than third tier.
  5. Where’s me cigars? 😂😉💙🤍🍻
  6. We can’t discuss keepers without including Sir Roger Jones. Coincidentally it’s relevant to this thread too as we bought him from Bournemouth and Boscombe Athletic.
  7. The Turtles - Happy Together
  8. Yep. I’ll take responsibility for those two wickets as it’s the first live action I’ve bloody watched so far. Likely to be over by mid afternoon.
  9. The Housemartins - Build
  10. RIP Mike Nesmith of the Monkees. A brilliant musician in his own right. This is one of his
  11. I doubt that, although I do still think we'll lose, but at least we've had a good day for a change.
  12. Decent fight back by England’s batters today. I fully expected to wake up to see an innings defeat.
  13. We will score 2. Dunno how many the Cherries will get but I really fancy us to open them up a couple of times on the counter attack on Saturday.
  14. The Vapors - Sixty Second Interval
  15. Joe Root is a world class batsman but a shocking captain.
  16. Bachman Turner Overdrive - You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet
  17. Good draw that. Protects the pitch, short journey for fans, should be a good atmosphere and a fair chance of progress. Oh and a direct train from Glasgow an’ all 😂
  18. Aye but only because Accy Stanley are out :)
  19. Big Sound Authority - I Miss My Baby
  20. Drake - Peak (By the way this thread celebrated 10 years of existence on Saturday :))
  21. From a selfish point of view Carlisle away would be ideal for me. Only just over an hour on the train from Glasgow.
  22. Ah enjoy your family meal mate - this is what it’s all about 🍻
  23. David Gray’s cover version was surprisingly good as well, I thought Gav.
  24. RIP Sir Antony Sher, one of the best Shakespearian actors that ever lived.
