Great post and I agree with the ‘streaky’ nature of TM’s tenure. The one thing I would say though is that setbacks don’t come much bigger than getting dicked 7-0 at home and the response to that has been magnificent, so hopefully those death spirals are a thing of the past. -
That was also my first reaction.

It had to be tenuous after what you posted 😂 The objective is to keep the game going, not block it 😉 -
What are you listening to right now?

As national representative of the Rovers Trust I would be more than happy to put my name forward to assist in any investigation. -
My mate works for Steve Cradock (Ocean Colour Scene, Paul Weller band) who is Pat’s (PP’s) manager these days. She is a really lovely lady and can still belt out a tune.

Sad to hear that Janice Long has died at the age of 66. She had a bubbly presenting style and was one of the pioneering female radio DJs. Also, Desmond Tutu has departed at the age of 90. RIP to both of them

He may have come from the wrong side of the Pennines but there is no doubting Raymond Illingworth’s status as a legend of the game of cricket. RIP

Mowbray should be doing what's right for Blackburn Rovers really. With Ayala's winter injury record we should keep Carter just now. Doing what's best for the player rather than the club has been Mowbray's undoing in seasons gone by.

1. Every time. What happens on the pitch is always the most important issue for a fan, surely? -

You would if you lived and worked in Glasgow mate, without a doubt. The Celtic fans were bad enough when they knocked Rovers out of Europe 20 years ago......... -

I've probably got a slightly unusual perspective on this, living in Scotland. I would be able to dine out on England winning the world cup for the rest of my life probably, whereas generally nobody up here really gives a fuck about Blackburn Rovers as such. Despite all that its still a close call though....... -
