Tonight’s issue is squarely on the lack of transfers over the last 4 windows. When our fist player off the bench is Magoire it shows the failure of the manager. It’s a blessing Ayala has been fit this long. Lenihan is going to miss at least 4 through suspension and a handful through knocks. The way the squad is constructed we’ve gone into this campaign knowing Magloire/Carter wete to be counted on. We’re actually lucky Carter has been as good as he has been. squad depth a real problem. The loanees are mostly shite too

His passing was awful. Had more energy than Poveda and looked as though he cared, but was very poor in distributing the ball

I don’t rate Edun’s performances to date either. Would have been nice to have Johnson fit. Could have helped in the middle or in back.

Even if Johnson was fit he could have deputized at CB. Magloire has to have seen his last chance at this level. At least for a few years.

Poveda plays like a child sulking at the fact that Leeds sent him out. Certainly doesn’t look like a player trying to prove he belongs a level up. Classless.

Love seeing so many young players and players that have come through the ranks. Just needed to be forced to play our own instead of signing the experienced players who couldn’t cut it elsewhere. Dolan, Buckly, Travis, Lenihan, Naymbe, Diaz, Carter all been part of the club as teenagers. Gives hope to all the kids in the club. Brilliant stuff.

Really hard to be critical of any player today. Delightful performance by the entire squad. Should be on high confidence heading into Tuesday. enjoy this one lads!

No one had any idea for Chapman

I think I read it somewhere. If I recall it said, “it’s believed the club may have an option.” much like Chapman last summer, I’m baffled by the fact we don’t even know our own players terms.

I believe it was stated this week we have an option for another year.

Excellent first half. Cardiff look completely lost. Credit to us as we have to get credit for that, but quite honestly Cradiff look the worst side we’ve played. Let’s hope the second half is as good as the first.
