Agreed 100%. Themis was the season TM was building for and it turns out he builds worse than my 3 year old with his blocks. The only positive I take is that most of that deadwood will free up cash when their contracts run out. Selling AA has to happen as I don’t see him happy here if he’s still kicking about. I’m hoping that with a new manager we could see the youth we develop reach their potential. It’s baffling to me that any manager could retain their role at any level with this run.

Gutted for Dack. Lads battled to get back on the pitch and if it is an acl it’s going to be difficult to come back from. Just the amount of time out makes returning difficult. Cant blame TM or anyone else. These things happen and all you can do is support the boy in his recovery and hope he can get back what he had 18 months ago.

I can’t recall the last time we got on the end of a cross in the attacking half. We continuously pump them in and never look dangerous.

I can’t wait to see a proper left back next term. Douglas is awful. Every time he gets the ball in space it ends in a sub par cross, a pass back or a give away when trying to play forward.

Counting chances that fall to SG is like the old proverb. If a tree falls in the woods but no hears it did it make sound? If a chance falls to SG and it’s wasted was it really ever a chance?

Right, except the chances fell to SG. So we really couldn't have scored any more than we did.

I think Dolan does a better job of pressing and moving than AA. He drags defenders out of the space, leaving more room for Dack. With that said, I would put AA right back in, get him top scorer to increase his value come summer. Were showing that we can perform without him for next season. If we can get 30 million for him and use some of that to bring in a central defender or two on a permanent basis, we could be in good shape next year.

I suppose I am to consider this negative progression on our journey. We didn’t win possession, had more shots and goals. Performances like this go against everything we’ve been told the last 10 weeks
