Also he’s been played when we’re chasing games. -

I’d take Kenny Powers over Mowbary -

What’s so confusing to me is how our tactics have completely changed is 2021. When we were winning games we played without the ball, pressed high, won it high and quickly transitioned. Even when we were broken down and Kamenski has the ball, he’d look to roll it to Rothwell who would turn and counter. fast forward to now. No pressure, backwards play, and lots of long balls. It can’t be a mistake that we’ve completely changed our way of play and with it lost our form. When was the last time you’ve seen us press high? Last time we’ve consistently won the ball in the attaching 1/2? Go back and watch a match from November…we look a complete different side with a different plan. -

Petersburg have 18 points in 2022, we have 17. How Mowbary is still around is astonishing. -

To be fair, they’ve been the better side all day. Had we gotten 3 points it would have been a theft -

Even with 10 men, we have 6 defensive minded players on and can’t sure up the back. -

He’s a center back that’s being asked to be in the attack on the right. We persist with taking Naymbe off so Lenihan can attack on the right. -

Well Edun certainly has influenced this game. -

Need 3 points line up with 6 defenders, Travis who lays deep and a mid as a #9. Not surprisingly we struggle going forward. -

Likely because he has no idea what the plan is. One week he’s a right winger, the next left wing back then center mid. I’d have the attitude of fuck all too -

Remember when we could press and win the ball back in the attacking 3rd? -

Both fouls a yellow. Why he’s on the pitch at all is the question. Blame is 100% on Mowbary -

Edun can’t possibly be more fit the Dack. How on earth is he chosen over him? -

This sums it up. He can’t see how bad Sam has been, thinks he could score 20+ played as a center forward but continues to play him wide. ”The Rovers boss even hinted that Gallagher could be in line to replace Brereton Diaz should the Chile international leave the club this summer. “I played Sam down the middle and usually play him on the right and ask him to run those channels and get in at the back stick from balls coming in from the other side,” said Mowbray, via Lancashire Telegraph. “I’m pleased for him that he scored, it was a good finish. He scored a good header at the back stick against Derby a couple of games ago, so he can score goals. “Maybe for this football club, if Brereton gets sold in the summer, whether he does or he doesn’t is another issue but he’ll be in the last year of his contract, and if that’s something that happens then someone is going to have to step up. “Maybe Sam Gallagher is the player that can turn into the 20-goal a season striker as Brereton did on the back of Armstrong leaving.”

PLAYER WATCH v Blackpool (H)

I think this is pretty spot on. They lads were very poor. Rothwell has been a drain since January. Have to image 9 of Gally's 20 came on the control, and the goal. The rest of his game was disappointing. In my mind, taking into account opponent, it was one of the, if not the worst performance of the season. Sure, we got trounced by Fulham, but they actually have good players -

He nearly gave them 2 goals in the first half getting caught in possession.
