Yes we may get the chance of taking a player on loan we may never be able to buy outright but at the same time the parent club is passing the player onto another club to see if he makes the grade. If the player was as good as they thought he d be in their first eleven or clubs would be putting in bids to make a permanent transfer ..but not happening on both counts for Palmer. We surely have the right to play our best eleven on a weekly basis regardless of whether they re signed to the club or simply on loan ? BRFC comes first.

A loan is a loan Rev. Its a two way thing we are paying part of the players wage and want as much out of that player just as Chelsea would want experience for that player, But if he's not upto scratch ..poor in training or kept out of the team by better performing players then that's how it should be regardless of parent club. Again a two way thing and we re well within our rights not to play the player for whatever reason TM and Co. see. Palmer now onto his fourth loan club ..and still no takers.

yep ..we should have dropped Dack . And when he was actually on the pitch he stood out like a beacon ? I think not. Success at Derby ? ..They really fought tooth and nail to to keep him/sign him.

Ederson is a class keeper imo. I,m just comparing to keepers in the Championship..and hes no worse by a long chalk. Get to the Premier League and then we may start looking at keepers from Turkey ..?..As long as its not Karius !

Wont disagree with the defensive frailties but for most games we do put ourselves into a winning position. Sort out the silly late mistakes and we wont be far off.

Youre right on his distribution ..can be better but in general he s pretty decent and will only get better. Have nt seen many opposition keepers looking head n shoulders above him this season down at Ewood. Although you did think this week Man city could do with a new keeper after the City v Liverpool game ?!!! Can we have Ederson please ….pleaseeeeee!!

The lad is young ..but looking to play a final ball. And usually a forward . Very harsh to pull the lad up.

The way we were launching it (some never even left the playing surface !) in the last ten minutes we d have needed five DGs to get near and hold it up. Once we go into panic mode that ball can go anywhere unfortunately!

To be fair ..Newcastle stepped it up with their subs. They were desperate not to have to play a replay .Always going to be a frantic last ten minutes with or without DG.

Agree. Time to give the lad a run of games now. Not sure what constitutes easier opposition in this league but I I know what youre saying. Needs a run ..a goal and most of all some decent service. If we re paying 7M for him one can only presume (although this is rovers !) that he s going to be our future. Time TM stuck his neck out and backs the lad with a starting place and in his correct position.
