In my opinion that is something more than a request for additional funding which has already had a precedent set and is supported by fully costed evidence of where the money is going. Fact. No money can be sent from India without the court approving it. So I can't see how the statement there are no impediments to Venkys sending money over stands up. They can't just do a bank transfer. They have to apply to court with a detailed breakdown of what the costs are for. Hope that answers your question forever blue.

It's not beyond the realms of possibility that if the directorate proves their case the V's could be banned from sending any money abroad.
