  1. Reflecting on this there is no reason why between now and August that should they so wish they can apply to the court to send funds to the club. The hearing in August is more about the Fema case
  2. Accountants need to be sure the business is a going concern when they sign it off don't see how they can be until the final hearing in August.
  3. The CM APPL 30646/2023 that has appeared on the latest judgement delaying to August is a criminal appeal against FEMA. It suggests to me the Directorate of Enforcement have now got all their ducks in a row and are ready to pursue Venkateshwara Hatcheries hence the statement of a final hearing.
  4. Don't see how the accountants can sign off the accounts at the end of this month. Those players where rovers have an option to extend their contract for another twelve months this summer can take it that won't be happening.
  5. Each time they want to send money over they have to go to court to get the judges permission. The directorate has regularly objected to the sending of money. The judge ruled it was allowable to pay HMRC and then again to run the club for the next three months with the £11 million last November.
  6. Is that CM. APP /30646/2023 A new number don't recall seeing that reference previously.?
  7. Last August the directorate were looking at taking another 15 days to conclude the investigation suggests they found other stuff. No more hearings before August means no more money transfers.
  8. Two things here we haven't heard before. The final hearing The matter is likely to take some time. Suggests it's not just about releasing the next tranche of funds.
  9. Clearly some decision was made yesterday as there is now a date in August for the next hearing so venkateshwara Hatcheries must know what that is whether they have communicated that to Waggott is another matter.
  10. There was mention of Brentford and Luton yesterday. Think Brentford expect Toney to go in the summer so should have a sizeable wedge from that sale.
  11. Don't think we can reach that conclusion just yet.
  12. You can add premier league failing to agree any funding package with the EFL earlier this week
  13. No that was the one delayed in January
  14. So an affidavit is a sworn statement I think. Intriguing this is lodged day before the date for the hearing.
  15. Bear in mind they had spent £100 million on Declan Rice in that window.
  16. That's £10 million that needs to be found every season in league 1. You can only sustain that by selling your best players for a season. Presuming the court case rumbles on that's costing them an extra £20 million.
  17. Think Gilsenan must have the wrong agent as he can't get a game in the senior team.
  18. Had he not done so I don't think we would have won that game the momentum would very much have been with Stoke .
  19. Nobend match at Southampton off due to fire on industrial estate next to the ground
  20. With Flecks injury history you would assume we didn't take out an insurance policy on him.
  21. Trip to Disneyland where he will feel right at home.
  22. Looked decidedly chubby
  23. Might just be the points jdt got prior to Christmas that keep us up
  24. Brittain heading for a second relegation from the championship on his CV within what four years should tell you all you need to know
