Transfer Window - COMPLETE. Where’s Gregg?

We have had a lot of nice, inoffensive fellows for sometime. Junkyard dogs needed, imo. -

Footie is a funny game. Zaha is rated every season as a mind-blowing striker transfer, when in reality, he has put in 377 appearances to score 76 goals at Palace. While Gally has scored 34 goals in 161 for us. Usually not in a starting role. Gally should be an attractive option for some clubs (certainly not PL clubs). -

Yates or Bowler would’ve looked great in blue & white -

Man… I thought things would improve perceptibly this year. Sad times for our club. -

What’s sad, some of our best players the last three years have been loaners- Tosin, Elliott, JPvH. -

Clucas, Delap, Gayle, & Baker are all better than anyone we have on the pitch. Really discouraging. -

True. I am glad he made the 11. If he can help us to a HT lead, that’s all I’m asking. -

Tomasson is either very clever, or desperately grasping at straws. I will be in the minority here; I expect to get point(s) today. -

I am no prophet, but after hiring Broughton & Tomasson, losing the aforementioned 10 1st teamers, bringing in Britain, Morton, and a nifty bit of business before the transfer window closes, and… We finish 9th or 10th. obviously, I hope I’m wrong. -

I’m just ready for us to get back the form we had, vs swansea, ha. I am trying not to be too gloomy… so long as we’re not on the short end of another 3-0 job. Stoke get a new manager bounce, I don’t pick against us at home, but I’m seeing 1-1 tomorrow. COYB! -

Kaminski… no worries with him in goal. I feel very safe with Britain, Ayala, & Wharton at the back. Less so with Pickering, obviously, we need more depth. Bucko & Travis are good, need some quality & depth there, too. Dacky is still good on occasion, but he’s not the same after two surgeries. I would like to say 2-1. Still two holes in our defending, I’m afraid. 2-2. -

A speed bump or two, but Rovers advance. All that we could have desired today, & no new injuries. -

Gally, BB-D & Buckley all made this trip, and not just to see the sights. put ‘em in in 2nd half, we need to make a deep run in a domestic cup. -

This lineup today… Tomasson’s pregame remarks, are probably along the lines of, “go out & have fun, lads. Oh, and complete a pass or three, and no red cards. Who knows? We might even win!” 😂 -

The next Rovers game I get on ESPN+, is vs Blackpool. I hope Rovers give a good account of themselves, Blackpool are playing fairly good. -

Maybe so, but playing a few young & hungry guys, should be enough to get the desired result. But, just barely. Cmon, you Blues! -

This is something to be discussed. Werent Mark Hughes’ Rovers known to be… shall we say, physical? I bet Bradford play us this way today. Rovers lad ms from what I see are generally nice, inoffensive fellows.
