  1. Massively miss Gallagher’s presence up top in a game like this, regardless of what people think about him. Nothing sticking now.
  2. Brittain has been atrocious. Constantly giving it away at both ends of the pitch
  3. Need to get the ball in box more when we have the chance. Dolan really frustrating
  4. What a tinpot protest 😂 Edit: it has worked though because at least BBC are talking about what a disgrace the owners are
  5. Danny fucking Murphy. FFS it gets worse. Not only are we gonna get a hiding on live tv, that prick has a front row seat
  6. Has Gilsenan not been training with the first team all year? I assumed he would have been? Shocking from JDT if not.
  7. In fairness we didn't play all out attack football with no thought of trying to defend last year. A lot more pragmatic before he decided to die on the style over results hill.
  8. Spot on. Can’t abide the modern attempt to change 4/6!
  9. Yep - subscribe to its Patreon for hard hitting ITK journalism - £5.99 a month...
  10. Nixon is about as connected to what is going on at Rovers as my left bollock. How he steals a living trying to make out he knows anything is a mystery. Fair play to him I guess.
  11. Take a punt on Eustace, was doing a decent job before Big Club decided to voluntarily self destruct
  12. My heart bleeds for them...Being upset about a tiny amount of stick for playing professional football....They should try working a proper shift at a real job for minimum wage (which is what most of them would be doing), then come back and see if they still want to complain. Although as someone else pointed out, this is being done by Waggott to try and deflect attention so probably best not rising to it as a fan base
  13. I can't get even fathom how spoiled and out of touch you have to be to complain about atmosphere in the stands when you're being paid (very very well) to kick a ball around for a living. People paying their hard earned money would give anything to pull that shirt on once and step out at Ewood and they're being slagged off because they've voiced a little bit of displeasure after 14 years of shit. And once again, if they want more people in the stands, look at the prick setting the prices.
  14. Players complaining in a fans meeting about Ewood lacking home advantage is hilarious given a) the "product" on the pitch and b) the fucking moronic CEO sat there who sets ticket prices at astronomical levels....
  15. I would use HOF interchangeably with financial controller, largely dealing with day to day finance/accounting operations. FD should (in most properly run organisations..) be a more strategic role, whilst retaining ultimate responsibility for the finance function.
  16. I might be wrong, but isn't this part of what went on with O'Brien. We have to have agreed terms of a contract with the player which will come into force if we execute the option? Not that there's any way we will be spending £5.5m on a striker in the summer, regardless of how he performs.
  17. However shit and injury prone he seems to be, it's a massive risk to loan him to a relegation rival. Maybe they rate him that little...
  18. That options to buy price makes literally zero sense. It's so nonsensical it can't be true...wait this is Blackburn Rovers... If we were pushing for promotion then perhaps it would be realistic - fire us into Prem, take a punt he can step up. Scrambling around to stay in the league? In what world do we spend that sort of money in the summer?
  19. I think loyalty bonuses are perfectly fair. It's Rovers that want rid of him. He has a 5 year employment contract that the club are wanting to break early
