I never want Rovers to lose but there comes a point where if I was offered a hypothetical: 1. Relegation with a new owner and a complete change of backroom staff 2. Bottom half continuity with Mowbray and Venkys I would now take the first one every time. I have reached Kean levels of dislike for a manager which I didn't think would be possible again

Reading the comments on the lancashire telegraph are utterly mind numbing. Mowbray is a saint and nothing is his fault, the club have no money, which Mowbray didnt contribute to in any way. This club really is a comedy sketch, I just feel for our own academy players who get shafted by Mowbray's management and transfer styles. I really don't get the Ronan Curtis link. He has contributed (goals + assists) about 17-18 in each of the last three seasons in a decent Pompey team. Chapman contributed 8 in half a season on loan for a poor Shrewsbury side and is two years younger than Curtis. What would we gain from spending 2-3 mill in getting Curtis? Mowbray has never been able to get the best out of wing players, especially given he plonks Gallagher on the wing most of the time.
