I said it on Wednesday and I stick by it SACK HIM. The team is embarrassingly unfit and that lies squarely with the manager. Tactically clueless why drop Graham and Dack, what was the plan to score get a free kick or penalty and hope Charlie put's it away, real progressive thinking that. He's shown too much faith in players that are not up to this level. The defence is absolutely shocking it can't keep a clean sheet for love nor money. His signings in the summer have had little effect bar Reed, the less said about the £7 Million dud the better. Any spirit and fight that this team had last season is well and truly gone there is no fight instead we fold like a pack of cards. I like him as a man and thank him for last season but sadly it is time for him to go. One win in Nine, one clean sheet in thirteen this team is only going one way in the table. Only 9 points from the drop now.

He's not the only one, I've seen amateur teams fitter than our lot.

There is no character or spirit in this team once a side goes at them they fold like a pack of cards and no fight back.

This team is so unfit that it is a disgrace and an embarrassment.

If Ben Brereton is worth £7 Million then what is Billy Sharp worth? A quality striker and the difference today.

Bennett is not and never will be a full back.

The one quality striker on the pitch and he makes the difference. What do we do leave our best striker on the bench, start the dud Brereton and are now playing without a striker.

Nice to see Travis and Rothwell getting a long overdue start. Not so sure about dropping Dack and Graham, where are the goals coming from? Bennett at full back a big worry especially given the torrid time Sheff U gave him at Ewood.

Bennett's not a full back out of position too often and dives in way too much. His best position is probably central midfield but if Reed (our best CM) can barely get a game in there then Bennett has no chance, also for my liking Bennet gives the ball away a bit too much. On the wing Bennett is useful away from home (when you are going to see less of the ball) due to his work rate and assistance he gives the full back but Reed can do that just as well and he is also more than likely to be involved in a goal. And that is Bennett's biggest weakness when he plays wide as 1 of the 3 behind the striker he doesn't score or create enough goals which is what we desperately need from our front 4. Bennett represents both the good and bad of our squad the work rate you cant fault but the quality is lacking in other words far too many soldiers and too few artists.

Bell? He's probably the player I'd least want in fight of our squad. Look at the winning goal lazily just dangling a leg out to try and stop the cross (and certainly not for the first time this season), everything that he does on the pitch looks half hearted.

You will need to bring a few in during the transfer window though otherwise you will fall away during the second half of the season like usually happens with Bielsa's teams.

Roofe is having a purple patch but Sharp has been banging them in at this level consistently for years. Also this season Roofe still only has the same amount of goals as Sharp despite playing in this brilliant Leeds team you keep telling us about and Sharp is playing for a team that 'won't make the top 6' with a 'clown' managing them. Pukki is having a good season but he did nothing in Scotland and most of his career has been spent in a Danish League that is no way near the standard of the Championship. Bodvaarson and Jutkiewicz? ? Come on now you are really clutching at straws.

Have you thought of 12 Championship strikers better than Billy Sharp yet?

Sharp is still as good a finisher as anyone in the League. He might be 32 but there still aren't many better strikers than him in the Championship.
