The main issue is that fans are frustrated by the lack of activity. Last season the expectations were very low. After an amazing start, where we got a new Striker called Diaz who fired us into Second place, expectations and excitement increased. Our collapse down the table was universally seen as the result of a clueless and unambitious manager. If this is a 3 year youth project, then we don't need to be signing 6 new players A couple of competent bodies to boost the squad numbers will be more than enough. Review again in January based on the injury list. The emphasis on recruitment needs to be the next crop of youth to backfill for when this lot are sold on. Sounds like it is.
