  1. Agree but he needs to keep to the same format. Swansea - Graham up front and Gallgher coming on at 60 Bristol - Just the other way around. If he starts playing Gallagher or Brereton out wide to let Arma have a go up top then hes a idiot.
  2. Swansea playing today so in theory we will have a day's advantage. How do we stop Tony spending that day thinking ?
  3. Totally agree. He just needs to keep in simple and consistent. It was like he was trying to keep people (Armstrong) happy instead of what was right for the team. If he wants to put Bennett on he needs to take Arma off. Straight swap. If he wants to bring Rothwell off he should just put Holtby on. He took a huge unnecessary risk with it only 1-0. If we had conceded he would be fair and square to blame.
  4. The worst thing he can do now is start over thinking how our best players can't cope with 3 games in a week and start shuffling the team about. Light training and recovery. Same team. That is all he should have in his mind.
  5. Swansea and Bristol away next. Get through those games with 4 points and then 3 winnable games to complete 2019. COYB DO NOT TINKER TONY. SAME TEAM AGAIN PLEASE.
  6. I am watching Toshin and the composure he is showing. Combined with Downing also being a footballer rather than a hoofer. I think this is really calming us down and getting us playing much better. Toshin was bollocking Nyambe for farting about instead of simply passing it back. I just saw Lenihan (Mr hoof) playing calm passes. In the past these would be hoofed forward and then come back as pressure on us. Seems that we are building this team around Toshin and his City culture. He is easily mom today.
  7. Seen the Arma chance back... wow its worse than I thought. He tries to pass it. No conviction. A striker (which he reckons he is) smashes that in the net. Travis shoots and misses we all say he should have laid it on for Armstrong who can't miss....
  8. Downing is the best full back we have had since Salgado. Makes a huge difference being intelligent and a footballer.
  9. Clearly Mowbray has woke the fuck up after the jolt of thinking he may be out of a job. Unchanged winning sides....who would have thought it ?...genius. Fantastic news...now COYB.... WIN !!!!
  10. Please can we have an unchanged team and a good performance. 2-1 win will do very nicely. The league table will have us all slavering tonight and make our weekend.
  11. Cunningham goin back to cardiff after xmas according to LT and a few (idiots) supporters in the comments section actually suggest its ok because we have Bell. Sometimes I think it should be illegal to be a football fan unless you have played on grass rather than an xbox.
  12. Was planning on going to this one. Last time was cash on turnstile. Is it same again ?
  13. No problem with that as long as it's in place of Armstrong out wide and basically the team, formation, pegs in holes remains the same. The team should really pick itself after the last couple of games. Only an idiot would tinker.
  14. Pure insanity that idea. Downing is the only one we have capable of playing there with any degree of quality. Williams is a centre half. Bell isn't anything.
  15. yes. thats where I got them. https://www.capology.com/club/blackburn/salaries/
  16. This time last season we were 5 points outside the play offs, with a massive nosebleed and then the wheels came off in spectacular fashion. You can see Villa there as well. Difference was they maintained form in the second half of the season. Please can we leave the team as it is Tony and build consistency. Please.
  17. just watched the highlights back. No way Walton could get to that ball cleanly with the players in front of him. I would say just one of them things. Defenders should have cleared perhaps but it was an OG basically because the front post was overloaded with bodies. He did make a few good saves though as he did in the Barnsley game. What a cracking run and absolutely perfect pass from Bennett for the winner. Real desire from Gallagher to get himself in there. Great goal that. All 3 subs really played well.
