  1. Big Sam was in charge, fans were restless as not hitting heights of Hughes. We had no money, Walker family wanted out wouldn’t invest. We was always going down. If Venkys knew then what they did now they could of saved us, but they didn’t. Point is with or with out them, I know we finished 10th, but you could see writing on the wall. Venkys were awful don’t get me wrong, but now they aren’t, so quit crying and back the new era.
  2. I’m not referring to this transfer window, I’m referring to when Mowbray took over, and our club as been on the up since. Its been 3 years, no asset sold, squad invested in, promoted from league 1, promotion contending team with exciting academy players in the side. Move on, and join us in the new Venky era.
  3. You hang on to that pal. We was on the road to hell before Venkys took over, just because we never saw it doesn’t mean it wasn’t coming. Get over it.
  4. You need to accept our owners took over and took wrong direction and screwed up. Since Mowbray has been in, our owners have been nothing but supportive. Venkys messed up, we get it, get over it, realise they have changed their ways and back the club. Venkys are going no where, Jack Walker isn’t coming back.
  5. I’m so excited we signed Harvey Elliott I forgot for a second we finally signed a decent left back! The only thing that can ruin my weekend is playing a crap team with a new manager...oh wait
  6. Kaminski, Ayala, Douglas, Dolan for under a million. Well done Mowbray
  7. I would guess the 4th man is Downing isn’t it?
  8. Only ones that would of laughed is the ones that can’t get over Brereton fee, and ignore the same manager signed Dack and Armstrong for under 2 million. Great business from us with a difficult budget.
  9. Feel so much better signing a player at LB with 2 promotions to EPL then the Norwegian with back to back relegations from some Eastern European pub league. Patience paid off.
  10. Nice one mate, then let’s give the job to a random who has no relationship with this young squad which has been built and hope for the best. If he fails, sack him, try again, and again. God forbid we try and build a club again.
  11. Dack is going to be our best signing when he’s back, not many teams in our league have a player like that coming back.
  12. Buckley is a great talent. He will play this level or above for majority his career in my opinion.
  13. Exactly. Look at table, Bristol and Reading won all games so far and Luton above us. Over season I guarantee we finish above all 3 of them.
  14. Today shows how important a squad is. I was desperate for a CB, over moon we signed Ayala. Then yesterday I thought no how does he get in? Then to lose our skipper and bring in Ayala is kind of thing we been missing.
  15. Didn’t see game, but Talksport gave Joe a shout out as best player on pitch by a mile.
  16. I didn’t see the game today. Before hand I thought we would win. What we have to remember is come May we will have lots of draws on the board, so a draw here, against Cardiff, isn’t the worst result in grand scheme of things. We been scoring for fun so goals don’t worry me, and it’s another clean sheet which I’m happy to get. Wont win them all, on to next.
  17. Anyone who was at pride park in March that was sat near the home fans, I’m thinking of that teenage Derby fan that was by far the biggest twerp I seen at a football game. I’m thinking of him tonight, 4-0!!! Get in.
  18. Great performance! Brereton, Rothwell, Williams, Holtby, Johnson, Kaminski all stand out but no faults to anyone. Great squad Mowbray has built up since taking us out of league one. Bring on Cardiff
  19. What a half!! I’m 45 mins away from celebrating like crazy! Come on Rovers!!!!! Also Dolan is taking the piss!
  20. Last game I went to a game was Derby away, stinker of a day. Time to put thing a right and if we are serious this year then let’s go for 3 points.
  21. Which is true. But playing wide, compare him to Benrahama or the Bournemouth guy who scored against us is night and day to me. I see Benrahma live and I shit my pants every time he got the ball. When Armstrong gets it I’m just hoping somehow he does something good on wing.
  22. I can’t see a Prem league side buying him and playing him down middle as their main striker. Much to our benefit.
  23. Cardiff that’s it. I also think just his presence helps us, and Dack says he’s toughest he’s played against.
