The Nations League hasn't created new fixtures; it's replaced meaningless friendlies. -

But you can enforce a contractual commitment by them to pay up the part of their contract they haven't worked. -

The employee will still have to serve a period of notice. In the case of football contracts they will usually be for 3 or 4 years so one year in to a contract the employee will still have to serve the remainder of their contract period. -

Great start to the season continues. Eustace has instilled a resilience in to the team which means we chisel out the points. -

That is correct. This point is specifically addressed in the explanatory notes to the Football Governance Bill published May, stating "An individual incumbent owner or director can only be tested on their fitness or,with respect to owners, their source of wealth .Incumbent owners will not be tested on their financial resources or required to submit a financial plan. This is because the ongoing financial sustainability of clubs is already addressed through financial regulation requirements elsewhere in the legislation." -

Alternatively, the large number of goalkeepers that Benson has coached who have made it to the Premier League might suggest that he knows what he is doing. -

Because there is no position more than goalkeeping where players improve more as they get older than goalkeeper. Give your head a wobble. -

It was stated by the EPL before the season - and explained to the players - that referees would be coming down much harder on blocking at set pieces so the ref was obviously looking out for it. Hughes was naive. -

Good start and it looks like the doom and gloom predictions of certain relegation are considerably overstated. The criticism of Pears - which now includes criticism of him for leaving alone a shot which did not go in - is becoming silly. He had no chance with either goal. Gueye looks a very good acquisition - both goals conceded came after he had gone off and his defending at set pieces was reminiscent of how Drogba was used by Chelsea.
