He's just been told in the same meeting by a fan representative that fans are getting fed up with the club and not wanting to buy tickets. Has he done any research into the new sky deal being the cause of this? I doubt it; I'm sure it's a factor, but to put it down to this without backing up the claim is disingenuous. It's pretty typical of the way the club is being run; coming up with an explanation for their issues without actually doing any market research or engagement to identify their areas of improvement.
