  1. You were saying we were Top 6 challengers yesterday.
  2. Gallagher on the left wing. Tony's trolling.
  3. Burnley are getting battered. And one day Tony will leave. That's all I've got.
  4. Williams is 6'1. I'm fairly certain of a win now after reading Jack Raven's post.
  5. At the near post too. Like where a striker would be. Weird innit!!?
  6. Championship is competitive shocker. This is news?
  7. How would this impact on Rovers? Do you expect us to be up there challenging?
  8. Kuqi wouldn't be much good hugging the touchline for 90 mins.
  9. Makes you wonder why Mowbray spent £5m on him.
  10. I have no idea what the rules are! New Fast Automatic Daffodils - Big
  11. He's blaming the players again.
  12. But it's Mowbray who is in charge and IIRC it's Venus that is the purist. I may be wrong on that.
  13. Interesting that in that DG interview that was posted recently he said that Mowbray and Venus were complete opposites with their approach to the game. I've heard it said before too. So who is the purist who is pushing this new all-out attack and who is the more pragmatic of the two?
  14. Muse - Supermassive black hole
  15. Super Furry Animals - The man don't give a fuck.
  16. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/18832496.mowbray-opens-challenges-coronavirus-threat/?action=success#comments-feedback-anchor. Tony's a frustrated man. I'm sure we'll hear less about Covid if we win tomorrow.
  17. We have won 3 out of 8 games. That's it.
  18. All we are saaaaying, Is give Pears a chance.
  19. Because he scored 12 here in a poor team with a worse manager. We've established that. Inventing your own conditions from which to judge him doesn't change that. Nobody said we should.
  20. Big on tactics that lad. Bit of a system addict. I'll see myself out...
  21. Ah, so Coyle is the only manager Gally could do well under? Even though we score more goals now, are just as attacking, and have people out wide (Douglas, Elliot, JRC) who can cross a ball? I'm not sure your assumptions stand up to scrutiny.
  22. Sean Dyche didn't have any promotions when Burnley got him. He hadn't even had a full season in management at Watford I don't think. It's more about doing your homework. If Barton has more chance of getting us promotion than Mowbray then sign him up. How that is quantified is anyone's guess, but how did Burnley know Dyche was worth a gamble. I'm guessing they did their homework on him and spoke to him about his plans for the club.
  23. He got 12 in a shit team under a shit manager so it's hardly a 'big assumption'
