  1. I think that was the same game. He was outstanding. I think he put their keeper on his arse at the BBE with a stepover before putting it in the net. I was a bit drunk so may be a false memory!
  2. What if we lose every game in January?
  3. Ayala based on the fact he's meant to be very good, but yeah, he might turn out to be a bit shite for us if injuries have caught up with him. Johnson a good shout.
  4. ....if everyone was fit? Dack Armstrong Kaminski Travis Ayala
  5. I haven't given up on Gally as a CF yet. As a winger he'd struggle to get a game in the East Lancs league.
  6. Fair enough. It doesn't say much for Gally or BB!
  7. He's played there a few times (or false 9) and always looked lost.
  8. Realistic I don't expect promotion or even the PO's, with or without AA. I do think AA is worth closer to £20m than £10m.
  9. Used to love Lars. Remember coming out of the DE chanting his name as a load of Forest fans got increasingly annoyed.
  10. Not remotely similar in terms of style of play and without AA's pace up front the opposition would be able to defend a lot higher up the pitch.
  11. That's why I posted it. I was amazed by the comments on the LT and I've heard a few 1st hand accounts of Rovers mates/acquaintances saying the same. They clearly will be welcomed by an increasing number. You only have to look also at the twitter responses to Rich Sharpe's article.
  12. Yeah, Waggott's assertion that losing AA would harm our chances of promotion is a strange one. What chances?
  13. It's just a song title. I wasn't suggesting .... oh never mind!
  14. Coady and Maguire ... when we use to have Ferdinand, Campbell and Terry etc. I'm not sure we'll have a repeat of '66 any time soon...or even '96!
  15. Football's back and we're getting dicked off Luton! FML.
  16. He can't even get #WeAreTogether right. Bellend.
  17. LT article plus actual comment. Frightening. The 'genuine' fan is Los Angeles Rover. A regular at Ewood no doubt! https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/18877735.10-years-venkys-ownership-remains-rovers/ Rich , the remaining Venkys Out brigade are very much in the minority. The Rovers Trust shouldn't be asking what's their motive.. they should be getting down on bended knee and thanking the Venkys for pulling us through this turbulent timeIt's not the Venkys that should be apologising, to a certain extent it's us fans for continuing the vendetta against them way after they had tried to rectify their naive mistakes early doors. But since the Gary Bowyer appointment ( credit to Gary for steadying the ship) have many mistakes actually been made ( save for the mysterious appointment of table tennis champ Coyle) ?They've maintained a Category 1 Academy, respecting uncle Jack's legacy, and allowed a stability to settle around Ewood. Vast sums have been spent on the players to give the gaffer a respectable squad full of players with a passion for the club, and TM has certainly put the pride back in the club.Rich. You'll find that the vast majority of the genuine fans want to welcome the Venkys back and show our appreciation.Let's get behind our club, our team, but also show the owners due respect and appreciationWe're All Together .
  18. Synonymous with those great Liverpool sides of the 70's ... and a bit of a legend for most football followers growing up in those days. RIP
  19. It makes you wonder why he was sold if he was that highly rated at Ewood too? And why not just send him out on loan? Doesn't add up to me.
  20. How large is large and how highly was he rated at Ewood?
  21. Ah right, I just wondered why he was posting about TK having Covid when it was posted above 5 days ago. I thought TM had got it now too.
