  1. Psychedelic Furs - Pretty In Pink
  2. If I've told him once I've told him a million times not to exaggerate.
  3. When Bonleh first got promoted under Dyche they had the smallest budget in the league as I recall. The manager is far more important than any budget, however there aren't many managers who can do 'more with less'. Quality managers are a rarity, which is why the decision to pass on Warnock was a epic failure by the clowns who run our club.
  4. So why are you suggesting he gets sacked if he doesn't reach the PO's?
  5. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/18855401.mowbray-provides-evans-update-explains-holtby-absence "We'll get him scanned. He's obviously upset because he'll miss a big game for Northern Ireland. It doesn't look a minor hamstring injury I'd have to say.” You couldn't make it up!
  6. I think he's just setting Mogga up to fail. Psych Ops.

  8. So the strong squad will get us top 6, but only if key players stay fit. That's a contradiction. If we're relying solely on AA for goals we haven't got a strong squad.
  9. some great youtube footage of that on t'net. I went to the replay at Deepdale. A lot of Rovers fans there in the Chorley end.
  10. The 3 relegated clubs have all adapted well. Swansea and Boro will be up there. Stoke as well probably..
  11. Admirable work, Admiral.
  12. That's him, cheers, it was doing my nut! And it was Burscough he managed, not Marine. Not for the 1st time I've been talking shite?
  13. Marine did well yesterday beating Colchester. I'm trying to think who the former Aston Villa centre-half was who went on to manager Marine about 10-15 years ago?
  14. His resale value will be what someone else is willing to pay.
  15. QPR were ideal opposition after our poor run. A bit of a nothing team under Warburton, a 'nice' team to play against. It helped that they kept a high line - defensive suicide against a player of AA's pace and quality. He had half of Ewood to run into. That pass from Elliot though was sublime. Hopefully now get players back and fit for the run in to Christmas. 13 more games before NYD, and 8 in December alone. Crazy. Lets see how we do when teams come to defend again and sit deep. Dack will hopefully be a big help overcoming that with his ability to find space in the box. We can't rely on AA all season. The jury is still out. It could be top 6 or bottom 6. Most likely still mid-table.
  16. The best of the lot when he was in pomp IMO
  17. Half the starts that BB has had. And he's 12.
  18. Romario was another. He was no David Speedie though.
  19. Good win today against a team we should be beating. Job done. Luton, Nobbers, Barnsley next three. Chance to push on towards the play-off spots.
  20. Sensational stats. Dolan - 3 apps 2 goals.
  21. The most important thing today is that you're seen to be right. On a messageboard.
  22. I pride myself on my footballing insight.
